Changing of the guard New dealership ownership needs to work out the kinks in the service department. The sales department are the only ones who help resolve issues...in the service department. I had new damage to my vehicle that the sales manager said was already there when I brought it in for service - my vehicle is immaculate and in mint condition. The sales manager had to tell the service manager to just fix it and not argue with me. Then upon picking it up saw another dent on the other fender. Again, the sales manager stated that they saw someone back into my vehicle but the service manager balked about fixing it. If they could find someone with the integrity that the sales manager, Anthony, has, they would be a platinum rated dealership! I will continue to go there as it is closest to my house, but I will be walking several people around my vehicle upon drop off and bring these issues up each time so they pay attention to where they park my vehicle when it isn't being worked on. For sales, only either work with Anthony the sales manger or George Liberman - both are honest and have integrity. More

I had made an appointment the day before for 9:30 a.m. and was approached as soon as I pulled into I had an excellent experience at the service dept. I had made an appointment the day before for 9:30 a.m. and was approached as soon as I pulled into the service area. I asked about how long the appt. would take and was told an hour, or maybe more. My car was ready within the hour timeframe and everything that was needed was taken care of. Excellent service by a friendly,courteous service rep...I will return here again for my next service visit. More
