Tried to see the parts department for a battery plenty of parking spots open but was told I couldn’t park there. They were for the high end cars. We brought our car to have a diagnostic done last week and it had a lot of problems. We took the diagnostic they gave and had a cheaper mechanic do the work. After about a week went by the car stop runnin and it had a lot of problems. We took the diagnostic they gave and had a cheaper mechanic do the work. After about a week went by the car stop running, so we had the car towed back to HG Greg, to have another diagnostic done to see why the car would not start. We get a call from the service technician (Tony) and he tells us we have bad news about the car, so he went to tell us about all the problems, but the problem he was telling us from the supposing new diagnostic, we had diagnostic those problems previous week, so we knew he did not do a new diagnostic, but was trying to get us with old one and if he would have ran a new diagnostic, he would have saw that 99 percent of the work was already done. This is a company that does not have any integrity at all. He had a nerve to tell us, that he will not charge for the diagnostic, you really did not charge because you did not do one. You Lacks integrity Tony. You are not a honorable person. More

Que tristeza y desilusión tan grande me he llevado hoy con HGRAG NISSAN DELRAY...He comprado 2 carros alli y los tenia en buen estima y apreciaba sus servicios. Tanto que recomende mi amiga Martha Castill con HGRAG NISSAN DELRAY...He comprado 2 carros alli y los tenia en buen estima y apreciaba sus servicios. Tanto que recomende mi amiga Martha Castillo a comprar su carro alli. Lo que nunca imagine fue que fuera estafada y vendido un carro chocado con mentiras. Hoy la acompañe al consecionario arreglar el malentendido y tratar de hacer un arreglo. Pero el Sr Jack financista de la compañía nos agredio y amenazo con la policía por no aceptar su responsabilidad de vender un carro fraudulento. Por acompañar a una amiga me vetaron de la Nissan de que no puedo llevar hacer el mantenimiento de mii carro. Buscare otro consecionario. Pero si recomiendo a todo aquel que lea esto que no llegue alli. El personal es poco etico y nada profesional.
