We bought the Mazda specifically because of Richard. We flew from our home in Dallas to pick up the car and drove it back home. The real complaint is that although we purchased the car on October 9, we have not yet received our title or Texas Iicense plates. They have the worst extended warrenty. The give you coverage on page one and take it away on page 2. Their service department does not have an idea on how to repair used automobiles that they sell. Garrett is an excellent salesman. This is our third Mazda and the 2nd one we bought from Garrett since January 2011. The whole process took about an hour in and out. I had walked into Delray Mazda to purchase a used car that I had not originally intended on buying, because in my mind I had already made a decision on a car. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and it was a great thing I did. I met Gary, who is one of the sales people, and we took a car I was looking at on a test drive. The car drove great and had some great conversation with the sales guy. I ended up buying this car over another one at another dealership, because these guys were willing to work with me and I like them better. As far as Gary goes.......he's a straight shooter. What I liked about buying from Gary is that he's not high pressure and he says it like it is, plus he will go above and beyond to find the right car at the right price. I highly recommend checking them out. More
