Completely satisfied with my purchase!! Took a little over 4 hours at the dealership but it was well worth it!! John took his time and made sure we were comfortable, offered us drinks multiple times and over 4 hours at the dealership but it was well worth it!! John took his time and made sure we were comfortable, offered us drinks multiple times and made us feel very welcomed. We were even called in the next day to resign because they kept working and found a better rate and more service as well! I will be back when I am ready to trade in!! More
Just attempted to purchase a vehicle advertised for $19k. Trying to confirm the misleading price they have advertised online they would not confirm the fine print. First they said the price advertised is aft Trying to confirm the misleading price they have advertised online they would not confirm the fine print. First they said the price advertised is after $2000 down or $2000 in trade equity. Then they required me to finance at rates 3 tikes higher than I could get on my own or lose $1000 incentive. It's a used car so there are no factory incentives. When I tried to get a full price they refused unless I would call in and speak with a manager. The most shady car dealer I have dealt with and I personally buy a car every 18 months and help friends and family buy cars on a monthly basis. Mostly to help then avoid practices like this. Kept a copy if the transcript and forwarded it to the better business bureau and Mazda corporate.... DON'T BUY HERE!!!! More

Was not told that certified preowned car had only one key, was told they would locate the key but never did. Anytime you call them, they take your number but never call back. Once you sign the papers, yo key, was told they would locate the key but never did. Anytime you call them, they take your number but never call back. Once you sign the papers, you are on your own. Go to Royal Palm Mazda for a much better experience! More
The buying experience was ok but the service department is horrendous. We have brought our vehicle in twice now so that they could replace the parts that they said were in, only to find out that the parts is horrendous. We have brought our vehicle in twice now so that they could replace the parts that they said were in, only to find out that the parts are not in and they are using used parts as the replacement parts. We called Mazda corporate HQ and they said that they never heard of a dealership using used parts, but that is what they told us they are waiting for to replace our parts. Beware. More
When the contact salesman I first met gave me a price on a new Miata, I was fairly content- but in a spare moment, when I used the dealer's computer to check their advertisement, I saw a better price. I wa a new Miata, I was fairly content- but in a spare moment, when I used the dealer's computer to check their advertisement, I saw a better price. I was introduced to the manager, Mr. Greco, who said that the internet price was not applicable because if I went to the next page (which I had not been aware of) it said that previous owners of Mazda products would get that price. I felt that the construction of the internet ad was misleading. He then turned to one of his colleagues and told him that I "...was breaking his chops" over price. I found his behavior extremely unprofessional and insulting- but then he offered to sit down with me in a cubicle and review the pricing; he then came up with an acceptable price, only to then excuse himself- and when he returned, he said that he would not honor the price he had just quoted me. I told him that I had traveled sixty miles to buy the car, had the license plate for it with me and was ready to pay cash, but he would not agree. I felt that this young man was too young and inexperienced to deal with people successfully. My overall complaint is not about the other employees I met at Delray Mazda. I was sorry that I could not have completed the transaction with the salesman I first met there: a much older man who is a top salesman and with good reason. More
They changed the price at time of purchase. I went in to purchase a car that was advertised at one price, I test drove it at that price, agreed to buy it at that price, but when I went to buy the car, the p purchase a car that was advertised at one price, I test drove it at that price, agreed to buy it at that price, but when I went to buy the car, the price had changed. The used car sales manager claimed their original advertised price was a mis-print. Instead of working with me, he hurried and changed the ad on the internet to erase the original advertised price before I could use it to take to his manager. The sales person, Shelby, was polite, cooperative, and appolgized. But no one else did. More
