HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- Poor customer service since the day I walked in. But it doesn't get any worse than printing the wrong Carfax information on a certified pre-owned vehicle. About a year ago I tried to trade in my vehicle only to find out it had been in an accident. I went to try and negotiate with the good people at Grieco and they said there was nothing they could do but help me finance another one of their vehicles. Their excuse was that it had been reported after the vehicle left the lot. After finally being able to refinance this vehicle I call to have my Gap insurance refunded because it was non transferable, simple enough right? I've been trying to get a hold of the finance manager, SALVATORE CARUSO for two weeks. He doesn't return calls or emails. More
I have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a car. The entire staff was so helpful and they put me at ease at once. My husband and I were so happy with everyone that before we even knew if we were going to be able to purchase a car, we sent my mother. I visited this dealership originally on Thursday August 22nd. I was greeted by a friendly representative Bethany Britton who was very nice, and took me on a test drive which I enjoyed. When we got back t 22nd. I was greeted by a friendly representative Bethany Britton who was very nice, and took me on a test drive which I enjoyed. When we got back to the dealership we began to crunch numbers and came up with numbers that my husband I originally liked. I promised to return the next day (Friday, August 23rd) with the information from the bank that was doing my financing. When we got ready to go that Friday we were told that the representative was not there. I decided we would go when she returned, but wasn't able to go back until Monday, August 26th. When I went to the auto adviser of the bank to advise him I no longer needed his services he advised me of a better offer he was able to get me at another dealership. I called Bethany to let her know what I had been offered and see if she would be able to meet or exceed the offer which was to get the 2014 Mazda CX5 in Meteor Gray with the blue tooth package at a lower price. I placed that call on Monday, August 26th. She told me they would get it and to come in. I even got a call from the Manager that same day because I placed the original call at 1:00 pm & wasn't able to get to the dealership until after 6:30pm. When I got there I should have known something was wrong because she started showing me On-Star. I explained I didn't want On-Star and proceeded to ask about the car we agreed to on the phone. I live 45 minutes away from this dealership and so once I was there they advised me that they did not have the car I was looking for but would give me the original car with $1000 off & with On-Star which was free to use. They advised me that this was the better option because if I was in an accident I would be able to get help & I would be able to use the navigation system which was more than their blue tooth & stereo package could offer. I was told the only time I would need to pay anything to use this service was if I used On-Star to back up my phone in case I left my phone at home. I agreed to these terms and left the dealership with my new car. Slightly disappointed because I gave in but left it alone. I went back on Saturday, September 14th to get the On-star installed. I left after 2 hours of getting it installed. Later that afternoon a piece of the device fell off & was dangling from the roof. I called to express my concern and was told that my representative would call me back. She never did! My husband taped the thing to my windshield & I settled with that. On Monday, September 23rd, I get a call from On-Star requesting that I call and activate my new device. I called On-Star today Tuesday, September 24th, only to be told that it is a cost to use for the navigation & other features & it would not be free as I was originally told. This was extremely disappointing news because not only had I settled for a car less than what I wanted, but what I was given & told was a lie!!! Now they are refusing to fix the issue & remove the device from my brand new car. I advise everyone please do not waste your time & go to Greico Mazda. Although they may be nice & friendly they do lie & give false information! More

I brought my 2010 CX7 in for a normal oil change..Anne came out to see if I was happy...Yes..I told her...Anne...why not look at a 2013 CX9...Na...I really don;t need it...Try it,,,okay..test drive it... came out to see if I was happy...Yes..I told her...Anne...why not look at a 2013 CX9...Na...I really don;t need it...Try it,,,okay..test drive it...I drove home in a 2013 CX9...this was the most costly oil change I ever had, but it was worth it - thanks to Anne. PS...they were going to change my Sirrius/XM receiver over to the new car. It wasn't compatable..They sent a Factory installation guy to my home with a new receiver the next day. ..The guy was fantastic...I have my Seriously Sinatra..what else does a Guy need...Grieco Motors is wonderful..I'm bringing in all my Golfing buddies!...Job Well Done!....wherever there is a Grieco Motor Company, that's where you'll fund me!....slpinkus@gmail.com More

I have got to say that this dealership has by far the best customer service out of any dealership I have ever gone to. Although I did not have a Mazda, I had a Honda they were more than willing to help m best customer service out of any dealership I have ever gone to. Although I did not have a Mazda, I had a Honda they were more than willing to help me and provided me with honest clear responses (No "run around") Ann F in service is such a warm friendly person who clearly cares about her job and her guests. Mickey on the service line was very understanding to my issues and was willing to go to any length to solve my issue with my car although it was not a Mazda. Overall everyone at Grieco Mazda treated me with kindness and respect even if I was not their client. I would highly recommend this dealership for service to anyone even without a Mazda. More
The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Anthony and Ann went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I felt like I was the only person in the dealership that day. While I was waiting to finish my paperwork, Ann came over with coffee and snacks and sat with me explaining my 24 hr roadside assistance and future service appointments..even offering a free manicure when I make my appointments. All I can say is WOW!! Mr. Grieco, you have a wonderful, professional, caring staff. More
