Test Recently decided to purchase a cross-over vehicle. We were considering Mazda CX-5, Ford Escape, Toyota Rav-4, Kia Sorrento, and Chevy Equinox. Test drove and researched the brands above pretty thoroughly. Had seen a couple of used certified pre-owned Mazda's online at Grieco so we went by to visit. We were very fortunate to meet Cedrick Dinkins after 5 minutes of browsing on our own. He was very friendly, courteous and polite. We spent a few minutes chatting. He asked a lot of questions about what were were looking for and our budget. Since the primary drivers of the vehicle would be our kids, he spent a lot of time discussing the safety features of the CX-5 before showing us the cars he had in stock. We test drove four different cars ranging from the 2013 with 2.0 liter engines to the 2014's with 2.5 liter. Before selling Mazda's Cedrick sold Toyotas. He not only knew a lot about the CX-5, but he also knew a lot about the other cars we were considering as well. His descriptions and comparison of the features of the CX-5 to the other cars, made us feel much better about the Mazda. He was extremely patient and spent three hours or so with me before we ultimately decided to go with the 2014 CX-5 with with the bigger engine. Cedrick offered a $500 internet coupon off the sticker price and did work with me a little more on the deal since the 2014 was over my budget. By the time I got done with all the paperwork, it was 7:00 pm on a Sunday night and Cedrick was still there to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle before I left. I enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone considering a Mazda. More

After being at several deale In general, car shopping is an annoying process for me; but nothing could be further from that statement at Grieco Mazda! After being at several dealerships in the West Palm area, and even a competing Mazda dealership, my experience at Grieco was wonderful. I was welcomed at the door by Steve Kerney who ended up helping us through our deal. I already had an idea of what car I wanted, but wanted information about pricing first. Unlike another local Mazda dealership which refused to give me a quote until I was ready to sign papers, Steve broke down pricing for each of the 3 trims of the CX-5 that I was interested in first. He explained each of the trim levels, pricing, and add-ons. He took the time to listen to my questions and provided specific answers, rather than talking around the question and never answering it- which I've experienced at other places. Steve took me to look at all models and did not rush me through my decision making process (which was huge for me!). He didn't push or suggest more expensive options as I experienced at another Mazda dealership. It was at the end of the day on Sunday and the sales team worked with me to not only get me the car that I wanted, but the exact terms and price I was look for…Amazing! Grieco remained opened to ensure my purchase was completed correctly. Russell, who is the finance manager, was also extremely professional and helpful. We completed our purchase well after business hours were over, and Steve ensured that my new car was ready to be driven off the lot- detailed, full tank of gas, and ready to go. Steve took the time to show us how all the functions of the car worked, as well as set up my bluetooth/phone. Additionally, the car I purchased was missing a cargo mat listed on the sticker; however, Steve and the dealership worked to quickly found a replacement option for me that I wanted. Working with the professionals at this dealership made my car buying experience uncomplicated and straightforward- the way I think it should be. I am extremely pleased with the knowledge, professionalism, and overall service that I received while shopping at Grieco. More
Extremely Disappointed with Dealership On Tuesday, my mother found a car on AutoTrader.com and immediately expressed interest in the vehicle. We live in Atlanta, GA and the car was at Grei On Tuesday, my mother found a car on AutoTrader.com and immediately expressed interest in the vehicle. We live in Atlanta, GA and the car was at Greico Mazda in Delray Beach, FL. The salesperson, Chris Lee contacted her about the vehicle. The car was listed at $15,000 and there was also a $500 coupon to be applied on ANY used or new car. Chris called my mother and said the used car manager said the coupon could not be applied because the car was priced incorrectly. The coupon does not indicate there are any restrictions on using the coupon. They ultimately agreed to apply the coupon. They sent my mother a buyer's order for the dollar amount we agreed to and she took that to her bank. The finance people at Greico Mazda were EXTREMELY rude to our bank. The bank was asking for the document to be typed and not handwritten. The finance people at Greico Mazda hung up on the bank at one point. It was the worse customer service we ever experienced. My mother got frustrated and walked out of the bank and Chris immediately called her back. Greico Mazda finally typed up the deal for the bank. She walked back in the bank and the deal was funded. My mother spent $50 to overnight a check for payment in full to Greico Mazda. Greico Mazda received the check on Saturday morning. My mother immediately called to find out what the next steps were. She left several messages for Chris and he did not return her call. My husband called on my mother's behalf, he left several messages as well. He finally spoke to Chris who said they were not going to do the deal and said he'd send her money back. My husband expressed his displeasure in how this was being handled and even escalated it to a manager. He finally spoke with a manager who said they are reneging on the deal made even after the deal was agreed to in writing, our bank funded the deal that was agreed to and Greico Mazda received payment. Greico Mazda had many opportunities to make this right. Bottom line is Greico Mazda made a mistake in listing the price of the car and did not own up to their mistake. When you advertise a price, right or wrong, you have to live with the consequences. Instead, Greico Mazda gave my mother the run around, tried to get her to finance the car through them to recoup their loss and did not handle this ethically at all. Greico Mazda has the money and we STILL do not have a car!!!! We have purchased many cars in the past and never been treated this unfairly. We will NEVER purchase a car from the Greico family and we will tell everyone we know about our experience, in its totality. 1. I have reported an Unfair and Deceptive Acts violation to the Florida State Attorney General consumer fraud office 2. I have filed a claim with the Federal Trade Commission deceptive/misleading conduct, false advertisement, bait and switch tactics 3. I have filed a claim with AutoTrader.com 4. I have filed a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau 5. I have filed a complaint with the Greico Family Corporate Offices 6. I have filed a complaint with the Mazda USA Corporate Offices 7. I have filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Unit 8. I am in the process of filing legal action These tactics are unacceptable! More

Chris Lee told me he'd beat the quote by $200 and would honor an appraisal I had in writing. When questioned if they had a CX-5 Touring with no add-ons so it was identical to the car quoted on by the other dealer, I was told it was identical. I confirmed the price and appraisal amount three times and had Chris confirm the details in an email. I explained I'd be driving a substantial distance and wanted to avoid a bait and switch. Chris assured me everything would be "ok". When I arrived, I was taken to a car with $1995 in additional features and quoted a price $5400 over the agreed upon price. Since 2 employees took part in trying to pressure me into a sale, it's clear that this tactic is condoned by the dealership. Don't waste your time or effort to deal with these unethical and dishonest dealership!!! More

No idea what the people who reported less than exceptional service are talking about. My service agent was Tim Piggee. He scores 11, one more than 10! Tim and his manager worked to save me almost a thousand dollars on a needed repair. They want me as a repeat customer that is clear! The car - perfect when done and its my RX-8 that needs TLC. More
For someone to take that much time to write a bad review that is pages long doesn't have a lot of time on their hands. There are always 2 sides to a story and customers don't say their side. I had the best that is pages long doesn't have a lot of time on their hands. There are always 2 sides to a story and customers don't say their side. I had the best experience at grieco Mazda and will return to buy another vehicle. Danny Diaz is a customer you would not want to sell a car to anyway. Just like there are rude sales people there are rude customers. Just because she's a girl doesn't mean she can't sell a car. Grieco has the best prices and customer service I've ever encountered. STAY AWAY! If you even think of coming to this STAY AWAY! If you even think of coming to this dealership, think twice. They really try to do anything to get you through the door. I began my STAY AWAY! If you even think of coming to this dealership, think twice. They really try to do anything to get you through the door. I began my negotiations within 3 days of the end of the month. Anybody knows that you buy a car at the end of the month. Anyways, I contacted them for a CX-5 Grand Touring, which they had listed for $25,500. That was already a good price to begin with. I started speaking to Cedrick, via e-mail. I told him that I didn't want to drive up 90 minutes to the dealership unless it would be a great deal on the vehicle. He asked me what I considered a great deal. I think that if the car is 25,500, I'll offer 22,000 with no dealer fees. That way he can come down, I can come up, and we can meet somewhere in the middle. His response is "Your offer is doable, what time Friday can we meet?" So that was my first red flag. There's no way a dealership would take an offer like that so quickly. Again, going to them just wanting you to come in. I tell him that I need some sort of guarantee that the vehicle will still be there, and some proof in writing that they accept the offer. In comes another red flag. He asks for a $1000 non-refundable deposit to make sure that specific vehicle will still be there when I get to the dealership. They also refuse to provide me with a written price quote. I tell them that without some guarantee that they won't do a bait & switch, I would't be driving up. I also told them that I would not be giving them $1000 which would not be refundable. They immediately replied, telling me that the deposit IS refundable. I offered $500 refundable deposit, and they declined it. The following day, I get a phone call from Cedrick, telling me that they can't negotiate without having me in the dealership, and that they price he said was good, is now no longer valid. I told him that I was no longer interested in dealing with them. Enter Tara Cram. She seemed nice enough at first, but then we started going down the same path I went with Cedrick. I told her i wanted a great deal, etc etc. When I told her that I was changing the vehicle trim from a GT to a Touring, she told me the price was $23,995. I offered her 22,000 with no dealer fees (the same exact price that I offered to another dealership that I was working with at the time...read on through for that info). Clearly I went low, so that we could negotiate. Nobody pays whats on the sticker. So she wants 24,000 and I offer 22,000. Whats her response? This is a copy & paste from the e-mail. "Thanks but your unreasonable unrealistic offer doesn't seem like you are a serious customer. I mentioned before we will beat your offer from the other dealer by $500. If you do not want to take this $500 savings then thank you for your time. You should try getting your offer at the dealer near you to see their reaction." Guess what? I Had already offered that same price to Mazda of North Miami. What was his reaction? Continuing to negotiate. Via text (never step foot in the dealership), we reached a very fair price. On my desk right next to me, are the keys to a brand new 2014 CX-5 Touring, Meteor Gray Mica, with Bose/Sunroof package. Exactly what I wanted. How's that for not being a serious customer? Hows that for losing a sale? I had a 2008 Mazda3 Hatchback, totaled in an accident. I drove from Southwest Miami, all the way to Palm Beach Mazda (now Royal Palm Mazda) because thats where i got the best deal. I don't have a problem driving 90 minutes each way to buy a car. I do however have a problem driving 90 minutes each way for a dealership that seems to like to play games to get you in their dealership. Hopefully this review will help people avoid this place. My suggestion? Go to Rob @ Mazda of North Miami. Go read the review I left about him. I picked up my car on 2/28/14 and I've never been happier. Whats the next step for me? Go put some tints on that bad boy and call up Mazda USA Corporate and file a proper complaint against the dealership. More

We visited this dealership after a really bad experience at Royal Palm Mazda. We were pleasantly surprised how laid back and friendly the whole team was. No pressure to sign for a car on the first visit a at Royal Palm Mazda. We were pleasantly surprised how laid back and friendly the whole team was. No pressure to sign for a car on the first visit and not even pushed into discussing numbers either. James Sheldon (Jim) was very knowledgable and simply gave facts and personal opinions. M A refreshing experience. We returned to the dealer on a future day designated by ourselves and negotiated the deal, the process was fairly smooth, there were no 'circus acts' with the sales manager, just good clean negotiations. We would definitely buy another car from them. It amazes me they are rated lower than Royal Palm Mazda, I would rather walk than buy a car from them! . More
We gathered written quotes on a Mazda 6 sport automatic, looking for the best deal. We contacted a representative at internet sales at Grieco Mazda and e-mailed her the quote. She said she had to speak to he looking for the best deal. We contacted a representative at internet sales at Grieco Mazda and e-mailed her the quote. She said she had to speak to her manager and another representative (i assume her manager) e-mailed us a confirmation that they would beat that quote by $500. I actually have a written quote from her with a "real" price on it. Honestly i was only hoping they would match the quote, as the car was for my daughter and they were the closest dealership to her home. I called the rep who sent us the e-mail to make sure the car was available as described and headed over to make the purchase. When we sat down to finalize the deal, the sales manager Anthony Russo, informed us that our quote couldn't possibly be real and that there was no way he could beat or even meet that price. We showed him the correspondence with his staff. He said internet sales was separate "entity" and were there to "just bring in the people". He said he wasn't responsible for their claims. He offered us a deal for $900 more with an attitude like we were trying to take advantage of him. This was the classic "bait and switch"-giving a fraudulent quote and then pushing a more expensive deal. What they did was dishonest at best, illegal at worst. We should have visited this website first. Judging from other's similar experiences we could have saved a lot of grief. More
