This is all you will need to know to have a pleasant car purchasing experience. My Wife and I were lucky enough to randomly meet Bill, but you, you can assure that you will meet Bill. When you arrive, just ask for him. Better yet, call ahead, say you read this and that nobody else will do. I assure you, you will not regret it. Patient, informative, pleasant, and professional, Bill is exactly what anyone in Car Sales should strive to be. He put the Mrs. and I at ease, never asking us the common 'soft close' questions like "what will it take to get you to drive this car home today?" A typical Manager would frown on this but those who are more progressive will appreciate it. Once you've met Bill and been a test drive, heard him explain each feature, and you arrive at a point to discuss the pricing, ask for Anthony Lauria. You won't meet a more pleasant Sales Manager. Ok, maybe you will, but you will be seriously hard pressed in trying. He could not be more patient. There we were, after 6pm on a Sunday, and we're having a conversation, not negotiation. It was amazing! He was able to make the numbers work on my Wife's dream CX-9 with zero fuss. We'd been shopping CX-9s for some time, so we knew what was out there, and Anthony beat them all! After agreeing on a price with Anthony, on a car you chose with Bill's help, you'll want to make sure that Danielle Bienkievitz is handling the paperwork. This is almost always the most stressful part of buying a car but Danielle took any worrying thoughts we may have had and made them all disappear with an organized process, intelligent explanations, and a wink of her eye. She was clear, concise and simply pleasant to work with. It was well into the evening when we finally wrapped things up and you know what, they were in no rush. Even if they were, we had certainly didn't feel it. Thank you all again, and thank you to Grieco for staffing your store with wonderful people. He was very pleasant to deal with and very understandable. As we decided on a vehicle to test drive he went and got the keys. Enjoyable ride and very informative. Upon entering in to the dealership we were greeted nicely and had a pleasant time talking and hashing out the details of purchasing our new CX-5. Manager was quite impressive and easy going. They offered refreshments and our entire time from start to finishing up and leaving satisfied only took about 3 and one half ours complete. I would definitely recommend this dealership for a vehicle seeing the get excellent gas mileage and they are very dependable vehicles. More
