We conducted our business over the phone and showed up at the dealership to pick up our new car, but upon inspecting the vehicle we discovered that it lacked a package that we wanted. Our salesperson couldn’t be there due to factors beyond his control. We later learned that our salesperson was new and had made an error. This is where James Hamburger stepped in and took control of the situation. He quickly conferred with Dane Luca, the General Manager of the dealership, and immediately they formulated a solution. They did not have the car in stock with the equipment that we wanted, but before Jim told us, they had already located a car at another dealership and were working on a dealer swap. They pulled off a miracle in the car business. They made the arrangements with the other dealer and had our new car at their dealership in less than two hours. We were amazed at their professionalism and efficiency. Someone made an error, as human beings are prone to do, but instead of belaboring the issue they quickly found a solution and went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our transaction.
