I feel cheated. Buying a vehicle is supposed to be a good experience, and it was for a split moment during closing, until I realized that the numbers agreed upon and Buying a vehicle is supposed to be a good experience, and it was for a split moment during closing, until I realized that the numbers agreed upon and the hand shake that was made meant nothing. I was fairly satisfied with the customer service in the initial portion of the purchase. However, once I realized what had been done, only after arriving home, I was furious. After contacting the dealer, all of a sudden the customer service no longer existed, and the simple explanation I received for money disappearing was: "i am sorry it was explained wrong to you" . What kind of answer is this? He made me feel as if I am at fault for loosing money. I am greatly disappointed and had serious consideration for simply rescinding the contract. I simply do not want to go through more stress and be disrespected in such fashion. I have lost sleep over the fact that I declined other ultimately better offers with better people in dealers of the same make in Royal Palm and North Palm Beach. I have to say I am very satisfied with the vehicle and is the only reason I plan on keeping it. I would definitely recommend a Mazda, but I will not be returning to purchase a vehicle from Grieco Mazda in Delray. More

what a difference a year makes My wife and I bought a Mazda CX-9 a little over a year ago with the wonderful help of Bill in sales and Sales Manager Anthony. With my wifes Nissan l My wife and I bought a Mazda CX-9 a little over a year ago with the wonderful help of Bill in sales and Sales Manager Anthony. With my wifes Nissan lease at the end of term we returned to Grieco to price a lease on a CX-5.. We arrived at the dealership , and were disappointed to find out that both Bill and Anthony no longer worked there. As it was fairly late after work and Bill wasn't there we decided to just go to the desk & ask for term and price and come in over the weekend when we had more time to buy the car. From behind the managers desk we met GSM Albert Fayto ( by his name tag). When I asked him some questions, he got quite visually annoyed with us, told us he was working with another customer and told us in a rude tone that "you'll wait till I'm free". We went to the cafe and had coffee and we both checked our phones. After 1/2 hour, I walked back to desk to see if he was available. The words from his mouth surprised me. He asked if we were taking the car home tonight. I said I told you I just wanted term and payment info & we would be in on the weekend to drive the car & buy the car when we had more time as we hate to rush with a car purchase. Our CX-9 here last year took 4 hours, The time went fast. They got us a great deal, Bill taught us all the technology and Anthony kept us entertained with some great family stories from his days in NY as we were waiting for the finance manager.. Mr Fayto immediately became loud, rude and condescending, taking to me as if I were an inferior person not to be able to make an immediate decision. His outburst was loud and embarrassing to us as there were quite a few people on the sales floor with heads turned & listening. We are grown people, have bought or leased about 10 cars in Florida, and have never been made to feel like pieces of crap as this man said we were. My wife grabbed me by the arm and dragged me outside telling me she felt intimidated by that poor excuse of a man and we should go to the Mazda dealer in Coconut Creek, which is closer to our home anyway. Good riddance MR NASTY GSM. More
