Great Experience with Russell Waddell and the dealership!!! My Mazda CX-9 was totaled after a car accident, so I had to purchase a new one. I decided to downsize to Mazda CX-5. I end up driving from Melbourne, My Mazda CX-9 was totaled after a car accident, so I had to purchase a new one. I decided to downsize to Mazda CX-5. I end up driving from Melbourne, FL to Delray Beach because of a specific 2014 Mazda XC-5 with true price online guarantee. The car was perfect, but I preferred or better said I was fixated my car to have black leather seats instead of sand color. So my sales consultant RUSSELL WADDELL went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted! RUSSELL not only found few cars for me which matched my wants to look at but he helped me to buy a 2015 Mazda XC-5 for the same price as the 2014 would have been, I came there for, he pushed the price down a lot for me to be able to purchase the car!!! They have a Kids zone room available in the dealership also which was perfect for my two boys(8,10) who had to come with me to buy the car - my boys gave the kids zone room and the free drinks two thumbs up! It took only 4 hours for me to leave my rental car at Enterprise store and ride my new car home!!! The other two guys named Nelson, and the finance guy named Mike Finegan were very nice, funny a great to deal with also. I drove 2,5 hours there and back and I don't regret it, it WAS WORTH IT. If you go ask for Russell he is knowledgeable, very friendly, no pressure at all and will help you the best way possible to get you in your dream car!!! More

Dishonest In all my years of negotiations, I have never been so insulted. They claimed with flyers to having tremendous sales, however the listing price on the offer was higher than the MSRP on the window sticker by about 3k. Once I saw that and pointed it out, I got some rediculous explanation about how that was not really the price, the right price was in the quote. It would be like going to a restaurant and the filet being listed for $59 on the menu, however your bill reflecting $109, then your waiter explaining that's the real price, please desregard the menu ...(seriously?). In short the "manager special" for a 2016 cx9 with 4K miles was higher than any other actual new 2017 cx9 of the same trim. The new manager came out and gave me a complete run around. I've dealt with enough people in my life to know who I never want to do business with and he was one of those. Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience and a complete waist of time. More

He is an example of what sales should be - Customer Service at it's finest! Let me tell you, if you have ever had a bad experience at a dealership... You won't find it here at this dealership. John is top of the line. I'm talking #1 Total Class Act. I told him i had a bad buying experience 11 years ago and from the beginning he was helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and not intrusive at all. The whole team at Grieco Mazda was great! The grounds were taken care of , the staff was friendly and I will definitely be shouting Grieco Mazda Delray from the rooftops when someone asks me where they should look to buy or lease their next vehicle. Pulled a bait and switch Was looking for a vehicle with specific amenities. They brought up the perfect car from the lower lot and parked it on the side of the building. They then drove this perfect car away and parked a similar looking car in the front of the building.i mentioned I would like to test drive. I get in, seat felt different and mirror did not have home link to open garage door . I said something. They said this is a touring and the other car was a grand touring. They also said other was more expensive. I said I don't like bait and switch tactics and I'm out of here. They lost my business for being underhanded, devious and not letting me decide on amentities and my pocket book . More
