I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your dealership. Unfortunately, I felt a noticeable lack of recognition and friendliness from the staff, which left me feeling underval experience at your dealership. From the moment I walked in, there was an absence of warm greetings or a welcoming attitude. I expected the staff to be approachable and ready to assist. Instead, I felt overlooked, and the team didn’t convey the customer-focused experience I was hoping for. As a potential Mazda customer, I believe in the importance of a welcoming and attentive atmosphere, where all customers feel acknowledged and respected.
