Leslie in service department rescued me today :) I bought my car at Grieco Ford in Raynham, MA 6 years ago. For the first time, I locked my key fob (fell out of my purse) in the trunk of my car...wi I bought my car at Grieco Ford in Raynham, MA 6 years ago. For the first time, I locked my key fob (fell out of my purse) in the trunk of my car...with all doors locked...and I had no idea what the code was for keyless entry. I tried the back button under the lip of the trunk, but my key fob was buried under groceries (so I learned later) and I assume the signal could not get through. I called Grieco Ford Service Department, and Leslie immediately found my code and gave it to me before I even finished telling her my plight!!! The code worked and, thanks to Leslie and Grieco Ford, I retrieved the key fob and arrived home to write this review. Leslie literally saved me since my family is in MA and I'm here in CT. I now know the code if I ever lose the fob in the trunk again ;) Thanks again, Leslie!!! More

Outstanding!! I was in the process of moving here when my 2018 Ford F-150 broke down on the side of the road. After a different Ford dealer said they didn't know how to fix it, I had it towed to Grieco Ford. The experience went from a horror show to OUTSTANDING!! They knew exactly how to get my truck back operational and took care of everything 1000% I won't go anywhere else!! More

Great Service Department I went again today to have my Mustang checked for a minor issue, and Holly was very helpful and professional. Worst Experience Ever with this Uncaring Dealership After reaching a very rude girl a few weeks ago when I was trying to make a service appointment, I again tried to make one today. First I pressed the number for service, it rang a few times and then hung up on me. I then called back again and spoke to the operator who advised me that the person in the service department was out on lunch, try back in another 15 minutes. I called back again, and asked to speak to the GM of the dealership. I guess the operator has no idea who that is as I was sent to the Director of Service. Voicemail again. Called back again for the actual GM and was told he was away dealership (I wouldn't want to be there either).I left a voicemail message. Again, no response or callback. Absolute fail for this dealership experience and I feel if a person ever buys a vehicle here it would be a big mistake! More
