Factory Airbag Recall Came in to do a factory recall on the airbag. After getting the car back the air conditioner would not turn on. Turned around to take the car back. Af Came in to do a factory recall on the airbag. After getting the car back the air conditioner would not turn on. Turned around to take the car back. After dropping the car of a second time the called to say the car was ready, they forgot to reconnect the air conditioner. Picked up the car. Later that week turned on the air conditioner and instead of cold air was getting heated air out of some vents. Had to take the car back a third time, but they did not have anyone on staff that could look at the car. Had to make an appointment to bring the car back a a fourth time. Apparently they did not check their work was competed. Very disappointed. More
Truck still broken when picked up Dropped truck off for repair, told nothing wrong, even AFTER showing codes. Picked up truck and an hour later was stranded on turnpike with my 2 and a Dropped truck off for repair, told nothing wrong, even AFTER showing codes. Picked up truck and an hour later was stranded on turnpike with my 2 and a half year old son bc the truck stopped running and started overheating. The tech stated there are no codes. My truck was being repaired for a total of 11 days! Not including the 2 days they originally had it. Let me add I was told to contact ford to have them tow me but was told they couldn’t get to me until 3pm, my call was made at 1:15pm and that if I wasn’t at ford by 2pm I could not get a rental. Had to hire my own tow company. The vehicle they were supposed to put us in was not clean and was extremely gross. Asked if I could wait until Monday. Nope. I asked for a manager, who wasn’t there on a Saturday, but was thankfully given a truck off the lot to drive. More

Oil Change I purchased my vehicle at this location when it was still Autonation. I still had some oil changes left and seriously doubted Grieco would honor them I purchased my vehicle at this location when it was still Autonation. I still had some oil changes left and seriously doubted Grieco would honor them, but WOW they did! Not only did they honor the oil change but they did it with a smile. The staff was very nice and I'm so grateful that they're going to honor my last oil changes that I had originally purchased with my vehicle back when it was Autonation. More
Quality of service has greatly diminished. I have been a long standing customer of Ford on US1 and have always had a reasonably great experience in the service department. Always staying true to the manufacturer service protocol and the advise of my service advisor, I always preferred to trust the work performed at this dealership. Owning multiple vehicles by different brands, I have experienced a myriad of service centers, including non-auto related. It is with utmost disappointment I make a negative comment on this service center since people’s compensation is tied to these metrics. Since the inception of the current owners, this service center has taken a turn for the worse and has increasingly become tarnished over this timeframe. The term Service implies to proper and respectful treatment to all customers, especially long-term loyal patrons. The experience my wife had yesterday was intolerable and nowhere deserving of the title Service Department. So appalling that I chose not to get my vehicle serviced at “my” dealership and move my business elsewhere as this is the straw that broke the camels back. Your director of service is welcome to contact me as is the dealerships general manager since these events are losing a new vehicle purchase as well as a continued loyal service customer. More

A big waste of my time. I received a notice from Ford motor company stating my lighting control module needed to be replaced as a safety recall. I dropped my vehicle off at 9 I received a notice from Ford motor company stating my lighting control module needed to be replaced as a safety recall. I dropped my vehicle off at 9am on Monday December 16th. After 5 hours I hadn't heard from the dealership so I called my service representative Alexander Rouco to inquire of the status of my vehicle. Two hours later at 4 pm Alexander called me back and told me I needed a $140.00 diagnostic test of my electrical and lighting system in order to find the exact issue regarding my malfunctioning headlights. I reminded Alex that the lighting control module was most likely the problem, and by law had to be replaced as it was a safety recall. He informed me the service department would not and could not replace the module without the $140.00 diagnostic test. Understandably, I was upset and confused by the information I received. I told the dealership not to proceed ,and that I would be by shortly to pick up my vehicle as I felt I was being taken advantage of. When I arrived home I called the Ford motor company to file a complaint. They were very helpful. They notified me the LCM should have been changed regardlessly as it was a safety recall and that perhaps I should discuss the matter with the service manager. Thankfully, when I phoned the dealership again, I spoke to Dave the service manager. Dave was very professional. He apologized for the confusion, and agreed the LCM should have been replaced free of charge. I set an appointment with Dave for the following morning at 9 am. Dave greeted me personally and assured me the job would be completed in 2 to 3 hours and it was. Dave made things right in the end, but I was considerablely inconvenienced to say the least. More
