needed emergenc battery replacement Christmas eve AAA arrived and told me it had to go to dealer for replacement... called Charlene Pappas and got an immediate appointment... dropped the car off , wen AAA arrived and told me it had to go to dealer for replacement... called Charlene Pappas and got an immediate appointment... dropped the car off , went home and get a quick call back to come and get my Escape..
