Honest I take my car in for an oil change and basic maintenance service. Charlene Pappas is an honest service manager and the best I have worked with at Grei I take my car in for an oil change and basic maintenance service. I have used a few others prior to her and they weren't nearly as easy going or forthcoming to speak with as she is. It's easy for service managers to recommend a lot of work and she has been fair - to my knowledge, which is somewhat mediocre. It says a lot to be able to trust when a service manager is suggesting something he/she isn't just suggesting it to hike your bill up but because the vehicle actually needs the work and when it doesn't, she won't push it. More

Charlene was very helpful, and we had a good experience The Grieco service area for customers has a feeling of not wanting to have customers to have a good experience feeling while waiting for their cars. Other than that the service advisors and all are very good. No washing area for cars, questionable. To have customers go to another place to have car wash well I leave that alone.
