I've now called the dealership at least 10 times over the past week and left several messages without receiving a call back from any of them. So far I've asked to speak to and have left messages for "the person responsible for responding to online reviews", the service dept manager, and even the general manager with no luck. Is there someone else I should be asking to speak to or leaving messages for?

why would I reach out to Louis izquierdo, he is the one that was rude and disrespectful to me, the one that would not even listen to why I was calling and just berated me for calling his personal line, the line I was given by his staff to call. I would never speak to this person again. He is the stores general manager which is the biggest disappointment. it truly shows when you have bad leadership everyone below you follows your poor example.
