Then, he showed me the waiting room, offered coffee and then he said, that he will call me as soon as the service was done. I connected to the WiFi. It wasn’t long when he told me that my car is ready. He gave me my keys and introduced me to the cashier, who gave me a courtesy car wash ticket. Price was good. Worst service department Service had car two times, and still did not fix it. They said they can't find a problem even though the gas tank goes from full to empty in 100 mile Service had car two times, and still did not fix it. They said they can't find a problem even though the gas tank goes from full to empty in 100 miles. When I explained the issue to the service manager, he turned to another employee and said "I'm going to xxxxing kill him." So the service manager was unable to fix the car, and then cursed and threatened a customer. Wow. It was so bad that I decided to inform the general manager who "investigated" the incident by asking the service manager what happened. Of course the service manager lied and said he didn't say it. The general manager essentially didn't care and did nothing to correct the problem. Neither manager even attempted to apologize for the inappropriate comments. Unless you enjoy being treated with disrespect, do not go to Grieco for service, do not buy from them. They have no integrity and do not deserve your support. They proved that from the top down that they do not care about their customers and will treat them like dirt. More
