Went in for battery check Was told I needed a new battery but having purchased battery only a few months prior I kept the original and ford urgently stated I need to get one of Was told I needed a new battery but having purchased battery only a few months prior I kept the original and ford urgently stated I need to get one of theirs. Went back to return previous battery and was told it was still running and working after testing. Greico ford sold me something I didn’t need after calling to explain the situation I was told just come back and we will fix it. After having to speak with the service manager. Living in a different city is tough to return for service work, especially when there was nothing wrong in the first place. The service Manager yelled at me and asked, “why did you even come here in the first place?“ It’s where I bought the car. To which he replied with silence. Amazing Service I replaced a lost key fob to my 2016 F 150. My service advisor called me the next day to let me know he had located the part and to come by to have th I replaced a lost key fob to my 2016 F 150. My service advisor called me the next day to let me know he had located the part and to come by to have the installation take place. I had heard horror stories about price points as well as installation time. While I was waiting at the dealership another service advisor provided me with a free car wash voucher due to the fact the dealership car wash was under construction, very kind. My fob was programmed within the hour and the cost was very reasonable compared to a quote I received a month prior at another dealership. Grieco Ford is my preferred dealership. More
