Showed up and immediately sat down I needed my 40,000 mile check up. If only visiting the Doctor was this pleasant. I made my appointment on line. Showed up and immediately sat down with my Service Agent. He thoroughly explained what would be checked, asked if I needed anything in particular looked at, and gave me an idea of the cost BEFORE they took my car away so I wouldn’t be shocked with a huge bill afterwards. The inspection took the hour I was told to expect. My Service Agent explained any extra charges, which were none, and after swiping my card for a very affordable $45, I was on my way to work. My only sadness is that they no longer wash my car. But, hey, that doesn’t require a mechanic and that’s why I bring my cat here. More
