DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! - They will lie and tell you anything just to get you in the door. Our experience today was terrible and was an example of the worst practices in car sales. Because we are you anything just to get you in the door. Our experience today was terrible and was an example of the worst practices in car sales. Because we are not local, we called to confirm that the specific vehicle we were interested in was available this morning. They told us it was, and set up an appointment to view it. They said they would have it “pulled up at the front waiting for us”. So we traveled over 2 hours to their location, only to find out when we arrived they actually did not have it ready and didn’t even know where it was. We waited around while they searched for it. Only to find out that it had been damaged the day before. They tried to play it off and sell us other cars that were way out of price range and not what we wanted. This seems to be their policy - just tell you whatever gets you to come into the dealership. The sales consultant, did his best to manage a bad situation, however the management clearly didn’t care. We waited around wasting even more time while management took hours to come speak with us directly and when they did, they just made more excuses for their bad sales practices. Grieco Ford you wasted our time and we won’t be back. Hopefully, this review helps others avoid this experience. More
AWFUL, SLEEZY, STEREOTYICAL, Greico puts vehicles on their site they don't have then lure you in to sell you something you don't want. They set up a "VIP" appointment and once you get there they make y their site they don't have then lure you in to sell you something you don't want. Incredibly unprofessional, and to think I brought a check bc I pay cash for my vehicles on the spot. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF MY TIME. More

An advertisement for high price trade in on my car got me in the doors to see if it were true. Broke down costs of what I would be getting for what I was giving up after all is said and done (trade-in offer in the doors to see if it were true. Broke down costs of what I would be getting for what I was giving up after all is said and done (trade-in offer - remaining balance v.s. how much out the door cost was and how much KBB price was for future trade-in on the used car I was getting). I had no reason to deal but Jordan Gantwarg really worked out a nice deal that I felt comfortable with. I was honestly more worried about the warranty with a used car. I was assured that they honor their 7 year CPO warranty and that it was included with my purchase, though it did not come with any paperwork that night. I was told the paperwork will come after they process it since the sale happened over the weekend, and we were the last ones out. I called back in a week later and the CPO was indeed included just as promised! Rarely am I this surprised by a dealership holding true to their word, but this one pulled through. Would highly recommend to shop from. More

As you could appreciate I felt really mislead from your advertised price. I believe that the requirements to be able to qualify for the general advertised price is really far from the average consumer. A car price (stock LUC22923) that was listed online for $22930, was raised to well over $30000 after taxes, tag and the not qualified discounts. I had called on the previous day and spoke with Nicholetta and specifically asked for more information on the deal and what other fees were involved and as I mentioned to Ms. Hernandez (apologies if this not the proper name, one of the managers that spoke with me) I am no one to tell you what to set your product price, however I expect to not be deceived to get me to come to your location and then tell me the price was not as it was advertised. Another answer that I received was that your dealer was advertising this was just because every other place was doing it the same. I do not believe a person should do something “just because” everyone else is also doing it, especially if is something that is wrong. This was definitely not the way that I was expecting a deal to go by. Respectfully RA. PS. I was contacted by the sales staff to provide an offer that was approved by a “corporate manager” that happened to be there at the time. The offer was similar to the one I was offered the previous day. Still the car got over $30 000 financed with $5000 down. I did not received a response to my email sent to John Carino. My opinion has not changed after contacting them back. More
This year has been difficult for all of us. Business slowed down and were temporarily closed. Anyway, I finally made it to Grieco Service for a repair but was advised that my extended warranty expired slowed down and were temporarily closed. Anyway, I finally made it to Grieco Service for a repair but was advised that my extended warranty expired two weeks prior and that there was NO flexibility-- despite the fact that the current pandemic prevented me from getting over there earlier and I had no knowledge of the warranty expiration date. Since then I have tried reaching out many times but NEVER receive a response. It is one of the most frustrating experiences ever. The problem I am experiencing is EXACTLY what is described in the extended warranty. The car has less than 50k miles on it and now I am facing several thousand dollars of repairs. Not to mention I have been there over the years and nobody warned me about this possibility. I appreciate deadlines but I also recognize fairness and extenuating circumstances and customer service. Clearly, Grieco doesn't care about doing what is right for the customer. I can't even get someone on the phone to make a reasonable, appropriate and/or fair deal. I would stay away from Greico until they get their act together. More
