I had a wonderful buying experience here. We live quite far away but were out for the day half looking. We knew inventory was low and we had a very specific car we were looking for. We'd already been told twice just to order it because we'd never find it. We fully expected to leave, have lunch and drive home. But my dream car as it turned out had been delivered the night before and no one had really seen it yet! Jean B. was our Sales Consultant and he was so gracious and nice. Answered every question, sent us informational videos about the car, helped get the deal done and got us a GREAT price on our trade-in. He brought me back options on payments and I told him where I wanted to be and there was no pushiness or misrepresentation at all. Super nice guy. Joe B., our finance guy was excellent as well. There was no haggling or surprises over the payment. He got us a great deal and in the price range we wanted. Buying a car is usually so stressful and ugly - there are local car dealerships we now refuse to do business with - but I'd go back to Grieco Ford in a heartbeat AND I got my dream car!! More
I have been working with Alex and his manager, Jeff, for weeks now on trying to purchase a used vehicle and trade mine in. The communication and professionalism has been beyond unexpectable. I was told upfront that the price was non-negatable by Alex yet a few days later the price dropped in the ad. Each time I was sent a price out the door the price of the vehicle was incorrect (over) from what was advertised and a certified cost was added as well. I was informed that the certified cost was written in the add represented as the word "activation". I am pretty sure that "certified" and "activation" are two different words. It is clearly false advertising. I can also get around $2,000 more for my car from CarMax or Carvana but Jeff did not seem to care even though other dealers were fine with matching that. My favorite part was when one of the salesmen called me to scoff at me and tell me that my car was not worth much of anything because it had a salvaged title. I tried explaining that something must have been incorrect on their report but he refused to listen to me. It was extremely insulting. Later they informed me that they had made yet another mistake and were looking at the wrong car report. This has been such a waist of my time and stressful. More
I was not able to set my phone to the Ford Pass and one of the sales personnel, Bervin Jean was able to help me and set it up I was not able to return after it was set up for another few days after and w of the sales personnel, Bervin Jean was able to help me and set it up I was not able to return after it was set up for another few days after and was again helpful and courteous and eager to help I did not bought my vehicle from him and was still willing to help me, a true asset to your company. The salesman James truly cares about his customer. The dealership on the other hand only cares about there over priced markup cars. I spent all day, 11:15 to 6.15 trying to buy a Ford Mustang Mach-e and T dealership on the other hand only cares about there over priced markup cars. I spent all day, 11:15 to 6.15 trying to buy a Ford Mustang Mach-e and This dealer charges $7500 more on top of msrp. I talked to Ford direct and other dealer that confirmed this should not be happening because Ford agreed not to mark allow dealer up their vehicles. This $7500 walked me away from the deal today and quite frankly has left myself and my family so upset. I’m not a millionaire I’m sorry, just an average joe trying to buy a car not get ripped off. This practice needs to be looked at, This is unfair and sad. Not what the American icon Henry Ford would have ever wanted. More

First off I give my sales person 5 stars he was OUTSTANDING PAULO FERREIRA. BEAUTIFUL show room and building. sales were very friendly and confident in their knowledge BUT I live 2 hours away a OUTSTANDING PAULO FERREIRA. BEAUTIFUL show room and building. sales were very friendly and confident in their knowledge BUT I live 2 hours away and they sent me a quote of my trade for my used car....internet price was great, so after you arrive and they show you the break down, STICKER SHOCK sets in, they add on this $1999 RECONN fee, which when you read the fine line, you see the normal $999 etc so this is how they get you for lowering the internet price. Paulo had his boss try to explain, who clearly has no customer service skills and lacks tack and diplomacy. He made my experience very stressful and more frustrating to say the least. I cannot say I would recommend Grieco as I feel they are very misleading but Paul was great would highly recommend him. I purchased two used cars last year and there were no hidden costs etc like Grieco presented. Bottom line: The sales consultant, did his best to manage a bad situation, however the management clearly didn’t care. More
