Its just 1 dirt bag salesman . Not sure why THE OWNER wouldnt respond so he can get some detail put the trash on the curb . ?? I dont think THE OWNER is really the owner . RUN RUN RUN worst ever, I did receive a call from Jeffery on July 6th, we chatted and after he heard about another issue, yes, black paint spots on hood and roof, he stated it was from spraying a black bumper and most likely spread to the jeep I purchased. So we agreed on a price and he was very nice I would receive a check two checks as they still owe (d) me from purchase, on July 8th via FEDEX. Today is July 13, I am still waiting on the checks, and have attempted to call, left two voice message, he has been sent text messages as well, NO RESPONSE. I then after send an email to Mike and another General manager this morning, NOTHING. I even attempted to call to speak with someone in Finance, after 4 tries via the operator they hung up on me. Guess next step in BBB then......... I truly feel sorry for Paulo the salesman, as he did his job he needs to fin d a new dealership to work for as this one is doing him no justice.
