I have been calling this dealership for over a week. My car was delivered with one key. It was never revealed to me that it only had one key. I paid $36500 cash for this car plus $675 for delivery and n My car was delivered with one key. It was never revealed to me that it only had one key. Two keys is a pretty standard item to expect when paying a premium price for a used car. I heard from them multiple times a day before I paid them their money. Now crickets. More

Our recent experience with Greico Ford was outstanding. Darlene in the service department was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to help me get my daughter’s car in for diagnosis. Once the diagnosis was made, she ordered the parts which were covered under warranty. We had previously tried to get in at other Ford dealerships to get the car looked at and were given a date more than a month away. Darlene had the car in within a few days of our first phone call. At the time, Darlene said the parts could take 4 to 6 months to come in, which was understandable given the current supply problems. Fortunately, the parts came in much sooner than expected and the car has been repaired already. Thank you, Darlene, for your kindness, understanding, professionalism and wonderful customer service.
