I was forced to buy a 2016 Ford Escape after being scammed with my 2014 Tiguan with no AC in Florida! They forced me to buy an extended warranty and lots of other stuff. In November 4th I had an accident and the car turned to a total loss. The insurance company payed her part but iam still paying financial monthly because the dealership is late with the refund check and Gap Insurance as well. Iam broke and they don’t help at all! They are scammers. The finance director threatened me and it’s a horrible, a sexist men and a liar too. Never get there! More

That is our story. We bought a van from the manchildren at Greico Ford a few months ago and after 10 days it broke down. I took it back and they kept it for 10 more days, then they finally “fixed” the problems that we brought it in for. But not before we were gaslighted for buying a used car from them — yes, you heard that correctly — my 9 month pregnant wife was told, verbatim, “you should have known what you were getting into when you bought a car with this many miles on it.” When I picked up the van finally I made a right out of the parking lot and the check engine light came immediately back on. I had my mechanic hook it up to the computer and there was a laundry list of more problems it had. Either the mechanics there don’t know what they are doing and couldn’t find these very basic problems or the management just don’t care — neither is acceptable. They care about nothing but making a few quick bucks. They filled their pockets while they hid behind their contracts and sales counter. Here’s where it gets really dirty: The used car sales manager Chris showed me no option but to turn the van back in for another car (which I didn’t want because they had no more vans at their dealership). I was offered $1500 LESS for the car I had for 10 days. Worse yet I was told I MUST buy from their inventory in order to have that credit— a refund was not an option. I was therefore forced into a car that was not only NOT the car we wanted but had an incredibly unfair price tag. (I’m pretty sure they added fees that weren’t supposed to be there or higher than normal because of the heated interaction we had after all of this happened.) Ultimately, that they created an impossible situation that put the customer in a rock-and-hard-place scenario by selling us a van that shouldn’t have been on their lot and then taking advantage of our vulnerability when we were without a car. Bottom line: awful quality vehicle followed by overpriced vehicle followed by hidden fees, topped off with aggressive and hostile management style. Note to the toddlers running the place: People who take advantage of people are weak. It takes strength to do the right thing especially when there is self-gain on the line. Note to everyone else: BBB didn’t get me everything I wanted in rectifying the situation but I did get a check for the difference in the refund of my warranty. So, REPORT THEM TO THE BBB! Don’t stop— Greico knows they’re in the wrong. More
Brought my 2017 edge for oil change as part of my Ford Maintenance package. The mechanic market the remaining breaks pads as 5mil for all 4 breaks. My rear breaks where changed 2 month ago, my front break Maintenance package. The mechanic market the remaining breaks pads as 5mil for all 4 breaks. My rear breaks where changed 2 month ago, my front breaks are still the originals (I now have about 72k miles). I wouldn't bring the car back to this dealership. The service advisor was very good. Purchased a 2016 Ford Escape in mid-November for my dad who is living in Delray. Had to bring it in for service at the end of December, turns out it needed a new battery and cables which are not covered un who is living in Delray. Had to bring it in for service at the end of December, turns out it needed a new battery and cables which are not covered under the regular warranty OR the extra warranty I purchased because it is considered "normal wear and tear", which I was not aware of when I purchased the extra warranty since I was told it would cover everything on the car. I had NO issues with Scott, our salesman or Trevor, our service writer, however, I did have an issue with the sales manager Jeff, who proceeded to "mansplain" to me how a car battery works and how it is "like the battery in a TV remote control that you buy from Best Buy.' He was very condescending, being a woman does not make me ignorant when it comes to cars or car batteries, which is what he implied. I know how to change a battery, check and change the oil, check tire pressure and change a flat. The fact that I was in New York and the car was in Florida was the only thing stopping me from taking care of it myself. Scott, our salesman, was wonderful, he was helpful, considerate and made purchasing the car an easy experience, even sending a car for my dad when it was time to take possession of the car. Trevor, our service writer, was terrific as well, getting back to me quickly and always polite, he made sure that my dad was picked up and brought to the dealership to get his car back, and he ensured that the car was clean. Scott, Trevor and the receptionists (who were ALWAYS polite, cheerful and helpful), are the only people saving this from being a one star review. More
