Pick Your Service Adviser Wisely I drive a 2015 Ford Mustang and I was concerned about leaving Chevrolet because I had an awesome service adviser there. Not only do I have an awesome service adviser, he is the best one in the many years that I have been driving. Milton B. treats customers with respect and he is always honest and fair. I tried other advisers and was very disappointed, to the point where I did not want to bring my car to this Ford service department. I decided to give one more person a try and I am so glad that I did. He should be the model for customer service at this site. I will probably purchase my next car there, as long as Milton is around. Grieco Ford Service My 2015 Roush Mustang was in need of it's annual service so I took it in to Grieco Ford in Delray Beach where I originally purchased in April 2016. I My 2015 Roush Mustang was in need of it's annual service so I took it in to Grieco Ford in Delray Beach where I originally purchased in April 2016. I'm so happy that Grieco decided to keep the service staff and Asst. Service Manager Milton Borens. Milton wrote me up, as usual. He took very good care of me. He was very professional and courteous. He kept me apprised of what was going on with my car and returned my phone call, as promised. He is also a Ford guy and drives a Ford Mustang himself. I am very happy with this dealership from the sales to the service department. I recently just purchased a 2016 F150 from a Ford dealership in Lake Park because at the time Grieco and Autonation was in the process of switching over and their dealer delections and internet was will not up yet. Too bad Grieco!!!! If anyone from management at Grieco is reading this reviews, please recognized Milton Borens. If it wasn't for him, I would not return to your dealership and travel south to Autonation of Margate More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Absolute worst dealership I have ever worked with!!!!! Charged an additional $2000 in fees to trade leased vehicle into a non-ford dealership. Then on Absolute worst dealership I have ever worked with!!!!! Charged an additional $2000 in fees to trade leased vehicle into a non-ford dealership. Then on top of that took over a month to process vehicle payoff check which resulted in calls from ford corporate 3 times a day saying my payment is past due not to mention the effect this may have on my credit. You can also forget getting anyone to actually answer a phone call or care. All I can say is run far far away from this dealership!!!! As a Follow up to this, they reported 30-59 days past due on my credit report because the dealership took a month to send my payoff check to ford credit. More
Where are my PLATES???? Purchased a car on 6/23/2015 today is 8/16/2015. I have called, emailed and begged. STILL NO PLATES. I paid the sales tax and transaction fees. There was a debate about "dealer fees" that I refused to pay but since the car was in my name and my husband flew to pick it I wasn't there when they processed the transaction. I did however circle the dealer fees and they agreed to refund them to me along with the sales tax that I paid against this "fee". I called and texted every other day for a month before I finally got the check mailed to me. The temporary transporter plates expired on 7/23/2015 and I had to badger Brian Ward the finance guy who told me to "only deal with him" to get a new temporary plate. That plate is due to run out next week. When I emailed this week I was told to call "Francine" now a new name. I'm done and will most likely sue since I now have to go to NEW YORK DMV and register the car. I will have to pay the sales tax and fees so I'm out he money. TWICE. Please pay attention when you buy. They seemed so nice at first but it's like a wolf in lambs clothing. I got screwed by this dealership big time. More

We ent to see the Ford Transit but the model we wanted had not arrived so Chris said he would call us in January when the model arrived. My wife mentioned we really wanted a Toyota Sienna. I hate buying a car from a dealership. It is less painful to have 2 root cannels in the same day than having to deal with a car salesperson. However Chris was such a pleasure to deal with. I do not believe that the words "no or cannot" are in his vocabulary. I hope the management appreciates the professionalism he brings to Autonation Dealership. We had a question about th A/C so we took it into the service department. Again they were so accomodatng and polite to answer our question. We have been to that location when it was under different management with out experiencing the same positive service. It is the people like Chris Henderson who will make you a success.
