I drive a Mustage 5.0 and had to not only replaced bad tire but both back tires so the car ran smoothly. Tires took a couple of days when ordered but they gave me a beautiful red F150 truck to drive, FREE. Replaced stripped lug-nut, FREE. Replaced misplaced spare, FREE. For some reason when they unlocked my tires someone misplaced my spare. Again, my service adviser went above and beyond and had my spare replaced. FREE. Will go back again. More
Anything to get a sale...sold me a piece of junk! This dealership is awful. They sold me a car that needed a new transmission, new exhaust work which got done under warranty of course. Now, 3 months l This dealership is awful. They sold me a car that needed a new transmission, new exhaust work which got done under warranty of course. Now, 3 months later tires are "feathered" and in real bad shape. Of course I had the option to get the car certified but this car would not have passed inspection. I received no service records on this car, I realize the whole front end is out of whack and pretty sure was in an accident that was not disclosed. Now looking at the manual they have the wrong manual in the vehicle. Not to mention wayyyyy overpriced for what I bought. Salesmen are friendly of course but anything to get a car sold. More

I saw an advertisement in auto trader for a used vehicle for $999. I wanted another car and thought this would be a good opportunity to buy this used car cash. The person I spoke to at the dealership was really nice. I test drove the car it was absolutely filthy, however I was told they just hadn’t had a chance to clean it. WHATEVER. After an hour the sales girl tells me that the car would be nearly $3200. She said that in addition to the $999 for the car the dealership would also charge me $999 and after all the other taxes and fees it would be nearly $3200. I’m not exactly sure iwhat world these people live in but that sounds like highway robbery. How can a car be listed for $999 and the dealer not only doubles the cost of the car but also tried to get me to finance the $3200. I was in complete shock. To add insult to injury when I ask for a manager the man who came over was so rude and dismissive. He could care less about my concern and his behavior and attitude was just reprehensible. I will never visit this location again and I am warning customers to be ware of their business practices. Shame on you Grieco Ford in Delray Beach, Florida. More

Strippd the lug nuts on my tires. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, That was fine. I had a flat tire a few weeks later and called AAA. When they came out there w I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, That was fine. I had a flat tire a few weeks later and called AAA. When they came out there ws simply a nail in my tire which he could repair. He could not get the nut off the wheel. He had to jack the car up and repair the tire on the car. The lug nuts were stripped on every tire. They were fine when I took the car in. If h e had not been able to fix the flat, he could not have put the spare on the car. It would have to be towed into the dealer., When I called and spoke to the manager of service he told me that was natural. I do not believe him. This is my third Fusion and my daughter and grandson have a Focus. They DO NOT tell the truth. This is their fault and are going to charge me to fix it. I have to go back because of two recalls. Anxious to see how long that takes since I made the appointment with service manager, Jimmy. He said an hour and a half. More
Service Coupon Lost a sale I called the service department to schedule an oil change on my F-150. I also had a coupon for “The Works” which was going to expire the same day I called and was told it had to be used today or it would not be honored. I called another Ford dealer and told them I wanted an oil change and had an expired coupon from Grieco Ford and they are going to honor it and set the appointment. THEN, my daughter calls and asks me to to go car shopping for a Ford Escape while they have the zero financing. Have my oil changed and shop for a new car kills 2 birds with one appointment. Sorry Grieco Ford of Delray Beach! More

SCAMMERS - False Advertising Greico website advertising "Holiday Specials" that list Ford Rebates and Greico Double Rebates a total of $6,000 off MSRP and shows "INTERNET" pricing Greico website advertising "Holiday Specials" that list Ford Rebates and Greico Double Rebates a total of $6,000 off MSRP and shows "INTERNET" pricing on specific vehicles you look at. We've bought 4 vehicles from them while they were AutoNation...never an issue BUT this time - BAD EXPERIENCE. Spoke to same salesman and told that their internet pricing you must qualify for and its the best way to get people in the door... so you don't honor that pricing shown on the internet? Well, most won't qualify. Where is that on the website that you must "Qualify" - REALLY? So after a test drive, sitting down and paperwork started they tell you this and then offer you a $2000 off the price because you're a good customer and proceed to offer you $5000 below KBB on your trade-in. Walked-out and will not go back and will never recommend them again. More
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE I gave this service department so many chances. They will charge you for work not done. I have a Ford 150 and alway felt like I should be able to get I gave this service department so many chances. They will charge you for work not done. I have a Ford 150 and alway felt like I should be able to get quality service at Ford. Not the case. Each time I have gone in for “The Works.” The only thing getting worked is the customer. I ring my truck in for this service before my family road trip for Thanksgiving for safety reason. They are supposed to change the oil, rotate the tires, check the tread, measure the brake lining, check battery, check air filter and all vitals fluids. This last service I showed up 20 minuets early for my appointment with only one car in front of me. I waited more then 2 hours before they even to my truck into the bay. I watched them lift the truck change the oil and put some air in the tires. That’s it. They brought my truck out and I was handed the bill which stated they had performed all off the checks that’s included. I asked if they rotated my tires and was told 100%that they did. At this point I informed the service writer that I watch they service my truck and they 100% did not rotate my tires. Now they say oh sorry will put your truck back on the lift and do it now. As they are doing this another service guy comes out and tells me that the should have charged me more to rotate my tires since they are oversized. They want to charge me more for work they are not doing now. Once my rear tire are off and the can measure the brake lining they tell me I need new brakes because they are metal to metal. I ask them how on my bill that I received 10 minuets earlier did my brakes measure good? Never could get a answer on that one. I have had similar issues in the past with the air filter not being replaced and billed for it. I asked for the check list the the mechanic is supposed to fill out on all the work that has been done and the couldn’t produce it for me. While waiting for my truck I witnessed two different service writers bring out the same dirty air filter to two different older people and tell them the must replace their filter. The amount of dishonesty and lack of not preforming the proper service on these vehicles is a huge safety issue. My truck is now at another dealership(not Ford) getting new brakes and roaters and a full safety inspection. In my experience here it seems to be a top to bottom problem with management and lack of training. There never seems to be the same person working when coming in for the next service. Never again will I spend a dime at this dealership. More
SECRET IN SERVICE A Grieco Ford of Delray "service advisor" told me that the technician recommended the sway bars links be replaced and told me that the sway bar links A Grieco Ford of Delray "service advisor" told me that the technician recommended the sway bars links be replaced and told me that the sway bar links were under warranty. I advised the service advisor that I would bring the vehicle in as soon as possible to have them replaced. The service advisor highlighted a notation on my paperwork regarding the sway bar links and told me to return with paperwork in hand. I called the same service advisor and reminded him of the discussion and he had me schedule an appointment to replace the sway bar links. Interestingly, I called the same service technician several times to see if I could come in earlier so that I could make a doctor's appointment but never received a call back. When I returned, the same service advisor said he may have mentioned that the sway bar links were under warranty but they didn't need to be replaced. I would not have return to have the sway bar links replaced after multiple discussions on the subject if not told that it was it necessary. Thanks to this mishap Grieco Ford has lost a sale of a new SUV. My 2000 vehicle will not be replaced with a vehicle from this dealership. No response can explain this mistake nor would I return to the dealership for free service. Rather than trust this dealership with a simple oil change I visited a local Firestone. I have a small printed list of necessary repairs from them. What do you know, the sway bar links need to be replaced!!! More
