Check your negotiated work sheet against the contract. I found many discrepancies between the price negotiated with sales and the Finance Mgr. My fault, but don’t make the same mistake I made. Enterprise said "Grieco hasn't paid their invoices so we had to charge the customer". Are you guys serious? You service manager needs to contact me ASAP and refund my charges I received from Enterprise. Not being able to pay your invoices is not my problem. I’ve taken my car into Delray Beach grieco ford a couple of times for unforeseen issues. And the staff there has been the most pleasant staff I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve dealt with three other car manufactur of times for unforeseen issues. And the staff there has been the most pleasant staff I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve dealt with three other car manufacturers dealers. And this is also the first Ford I’ve ever owned. And I must say I will definitely be retiring to Grieco for my next vehicle. Also big thanks to Juan my service advisor for making servicing my vehicle so easy. I work odd hours and long days. And he is always able to accommodate the servicing of my vehicle. I do not usually leave reviews, but I felt I should this time. My husband and I are from New Jersey and recently bought a second home in Florida. I have been having a problem with my GT350 and had it in my time. My husband and I are from New Jersey and recently bought a second home in Florida. I have been having a problem with my GT350 and had it in my NJ Ford dealer 3 times in December and once in January before we left for Florida. NJ dealer repeatedly told me that “I wouldn’t worry about that noise” and that there was nothing wrong with my car. I took it in for service at Greico Ford and have never been happier. Daily Diaz was so helpful and friendly. While speaking with her she introduced me to Charlie, one of the mechanics. He heard the noise right away. The one Gentilini Ford said I was imagining. That very day I was driving my car. It felt so good to hear it back to normal. Greico Ford employee’s really know cars, and work hard to do their jobs. I will make every appointment at Greico from now on. Thank you Daily and Charlie and everyone else that helped make my experience awesome! I recommend them to anyone that needs a new car or service.
