Went to Ford to test drive the 2011/2012 Ford Explorer. Met Gareth and ended up buying a 2011 Ford Explorer a week later. They gave us a quote which was very generous and then they let us take the car home for the remainder of the weekend. We came back on Monday and started negotiations. We love the car and the whole process was very smooth. Gareth was very helpful and did everything he could to make us happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership, especially Gareth. We connected with Ford of Branford through an Internet car search. We filled out an online form for one car, and got a quick reply with a final price quote. It turned out they had recently purchased 25 used Ford Escapes, which was our choice to buy. We scheduled an appointment, and were introduced to a salesman, Gareth Smith. We took a test drive in a 2006 Escape hybrid with just 18,000 miles, and sat down to talk about a purchase. Thanks to the email with a final cost, we were aware that we could buy the car with an anticipated insurance check, only if they could lower the price by 5%. Gareth checked for us, and was able to match the price we needed. While there, we looked at another used 2010 Escape. We brought in a trade-in vehicle the next day, and Gareth got us the trade-in value we asked for. We signed for a new low-interest loan, which Jill MacNamara worked out for us, on the 2010. Lastly, we had an un-anticipated delay on the insurance check, and the dealer's manager allowed us to take the hybrid as a loan, with our down-payment, until we brought in the certified check...which turned out to be a week and a half later! We were very pleased with the customer service at Ford of Branford, and would highly recommend them for any car-buyer. Gareth also called to thank us and let us know we could call him with any questions about the cars. Best car-buying experience we've ever had! More

I couldn't of asked for better service. I contacted many dealerships to find the car I was looking for and Jeff was the most responsive in getting back to me and finding the car I wanted - which wasn't an e dealerships to find the car I was looking for and Jeff was the most responsive in getting back to me and finding the car I wanted - which wasn't an easy task. He went above and beyond in keeping me informed on his search and giving me the different options that were available. After the car was found he continuted to keep me informed on the delievery. Once the car came in he took all the time we needed to become familiar with the car and even helped me sign up online for the sync. If it wasn't for Jeff I would have never gone to this dealership because it is about 45 min away from my home and not the most conveient, but because of his professionalism and communication I decided to purchase from him. Everyone with whom I dealt , right down to the man who keeps the cars clean , was very helpful and totally professional . They all seemed to care about the potential purchaser . Anthony and Allyn tried really hard to get me the right car and the deal they made with me was even batter than I expected . What I REALLY liked the best was their " no pressure " approach . Of course I didn't need to be persuaded cause I knew I wanted the Edge sport model in blue and they found me one ASAP I bought the car and I'm totally satisfied . I went back this afternoon and Dawn , the expert New Car Trainer gave me over an hour tutorial about all the many features which are found in my new car . Dawn knows her stuff and I learned lots more from her than I could ever have learned on my own . What a great group of people I met at Ford of Branford . I would recommend them highly .
