Dear Mr. Theriault, In response to your posting on Dealer Rater we would like the opportunity to address your concerns about your recent purchase of the Ford Edge at our dealership. We have tried to contact you on several occasions to set up a meeting at the dealership. At the meeting we were to propose that we sell your Excursion back to you for what we paid you for it. The Excursion is highly modified and not a vehicle we can sell to a retail customer. The retail price that we have advertised includes our expense to return the truck to stock condition. Besides the expense to return the vehicle we have many other expenses that are taken into account when arriving at the retail price (operating a new car franchise). Ford of Branford prides itself on customer satisfaction and going the extra mile to satisfy our customers.
