I just picked up my new 2012 Ford Focus Titanium sedan today and I couldn't be happier! From start to finish, Ford of Branford and my salesman Juan Calderon made this a wonderful experience. I decided to order my Focus and the estimated delivery date was spot on. Ford of Branford went above and beyond by letting me use a loaner vehicle for almost three weeks after I sold my car privately and waited for my Focus to come in. I have purchased other new cars before and never received that type of service. Signing of the paperwork with Jill McNamara was pleasant and painless. When the car came in, I received a very through overview of the vehicle and I drove off with a FULL tank of gas courtesy of the dealership!! I truly have only positive to say about my new car purchase at Ford of Branford and I would highly recommend shopping with them for your next Ford purchase. More

Although our sales person was helpful - the GSM was horrible. 1 full week to take delivery of our new car? Then having to take back a CPO vehicle for a recalled issue that should have been taken care horrible. 1 full week to take delivery of our new car? Let alone brake issues as well - what did I pay for when getting the CPO certificate? Went to Brandford Ford after a horrid experience at Stevens Ford in Milford (almost turned me away from the ford brand completely).
