I traveled approximately one hour to Grieco Ford in Raynham on a Friday to test drive a specific Mustang GT with particular features and options that I was seeking. I chose this dealership despite the presence of closer Ford dealerships because they had the exact vehicle I was interested in. Prior to my visit, I had three separate phone conversations with the salesperson. During each of these conversations, I specifically asked about the availability of this particular Mustang GT. I was assured each time that the vehicle was in stock and ready for sale. These confirmations were a significant factor in my decision to travel to the dealership. After considering the test drive over the weekend, I returned to the dealership the following Monday morning. Upon expressing my intention to purchase the vehicle, I was informed by the salesperson that the Mustang GT was currently unavailable for sale due to what they described as a "manufacturer's inferred recall" related to a potential issue with the backup camera system. I was told that affected vehicles are not expected to be released for sale until potentially winter/spring of 2026. The salesperson then attempted to redirect my attention to a different Mustang GT that was not subject to the recall- an apparent bait & switch. Had I been interested in purchasing any random Mustang GT, I would not have made two separate trips, totaling four hours of driving time, to this specific dealership, particularly after being given repeated assurances that the specific car I wanted was available. It's my opinion that the dealership was likely aware of the vehicle's unavailability prior to my visit and allowed me to test drive it nonetheless, hoping that I would be willing to compromise and purchase a different vehicle because of a lack of impulse control. While I understand that dealerships may face circumstances outside of their control regarding manufacturer recalls, it’s essential for dealerships to be transparent about vehicle availability before allowing potential customers to invest significant time in the process. The lack of transparency regarding the vehicle's status, despite multiple prior confirmations over the phone, resulted in a waste of my time. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that potential Mustang GT buyers ask specific questions about the availability of specific vehicles with Grieco Ford before traveling to the dealership. More
This was the second vehicle that my family has purchased from Greico Ford. I called Bob Childs again for the second vehicle because it was a great experience with the first vehicle. These 3 team members made it a great experience. Highly recommend this professional team. More
I had Bob Childs for a salesman. He was straight forward and did what he said he was going to do. The inspection sticker did not work out at the dealer after waiting for 1 hour and He was straight forward and did what he said he was going to do. It would be a good idea for them to stagger their lunch times. Otherwise, a pleasant experience. More

Car was washed with Brushes as there are starches thought the paint of the car, the car windshield was re glued they said it was bird sap, blamed it on the car being black. The list goes on and on, their reviews are fate, they will tell you if you give them a 5 star review they will order you weather tech mats!!! The owner couldn't be bother to address my concerns, and the both GM & SM are useless. They on have a 3 day policy! More

He worked his magic with the wonderful approval team and within not even an hour being there, had me approved for my beautiful new, (well used lol but like brand new lol) Ford Edge! I couldn’t have been happier! Greatest experience ever and would recommend to anyone looking for honest, and professional stress free buying!! Emma was so sweet and friendly and greeted us with a big warm smile when picking up this beauty! She was informative and offered her time for any questions I had! Driving away was bitter sweet! had work done as warranty recall driver side airbag and the airbag light went on after it was serviced and now they want to charge me to look into it, I owned the vehicle since 2013 never had a problem wit the airbag light went on after it was serviced and now they want to charge me to look into it, I owned the vehicle since 2013 never had a problem with airbag, I should have just left it alone. I think this should be repaired as warranty because it stems from a recall. If the airbag malfunctions I will hold Grieco ford responsible More

Jack in service made sure my vehicle was brought in promptly for my state inspection once my registration came in.
