Let me start by saying thanks to Dan the service manager at Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill Florida. I have a 2018 3500 Cheverolet when applying the brakes, I would get a bad shake in my steering wheel and t at Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill Florida. I have a 2018 3500 Cheverolet when applying the brakes, I would get a bad shake in my steering wheel and the brake was not the best the problem did not happen all the time, which made it hard to replace or repair Dan communicated and kept me in the loop while he spoke with engineers and others at Chevrolet to gain knowledge about the issue there was repairs made on the brakes and the steering thanks to Dan the service manager and his service team for all the effort they made to correct the problem I am back on the road and very happy with Grieco Cheverolet in Lauderhill Florida they went above and beyond to make things right and correct the problem for their customers. I have to tell you that the tea/coffee station is perfect and modern just a clean look and the bathrooms was the same clean smelled fresh! Give the maintainence woman that was there on Monday a raise. She deserves it! I will be looking for a way to post the video so I can share how thorough they are. More

I brought my truck in for the 90,000 service. They suggested I change the brake and trans fluid. Bill now $1500, I also need a door handle replace (additional $350) they want $452 to replace 6 spark plugs I told them to go jump in the lake. The kicker I have to come back to replace the handle (they have it in stock). I have had all recommended service as instructed. Not ever again. Run from this place. I will never come back here. of course I have to come back to replace the door handle. If I could give a negative number rating I would. More
Horrible techs who can’t fix a car and don’t check over any of their work. Dropped of my Camaro for blue screen backup, extended crank, cold start misfires (I work at another shop my guys scanned it and t any of their work. Dropped of my Camaro for blue screen backup, extended crank, cold start misfires (I work at another shop my guys scanned it and told them there’s a tsb for it). Said they replaced the camera, crank and mil due to carbon. Pickup and still a blue screen after driving 2 miles down the road to work, they didn’t even put my car in reverse after doing the camera. Plan to take it back a couple days later, extended crank becomes a no crank, sits overnight NO JUMP and fires up on 3rd try, so clearly not a battery. They say they fix the camera and that it’s a battery. Tell them I bought the battery from them last year so it’s a parts warranty, they don’t know how to use their system to even lookup history to find my invoice. I had to find my own invoice and give them their invoice number to get it warrantied. I pick it up again, say “it’s going to crank up right”, it does, get in car and dash red saying “trunk open”. Trunk wasn’t closed from tech who did the battery and they drove it through the car wash with a giant message on the dash in bright red showing trunk open. Drive 2 miles down the road to work, let it sit for 30 min…back to no crank no start. Take it back a 3rd time (should’ve just taken it to sawgrass at this point). They now say it has cold start misfires and a tsb for the crank and mil…literally word for word what I told them on visit one! Took it to sawgrass, Grieco left one of the spark plug wires not connected. They literally have no business touching the car that they can’t fix after 3 times. Quite embarrassing and if 0 stars were possible I’d give 0. More
I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday for warranty repairs,Information said it could take up to 72 hours for vehicle to be diagnosed. Here it is the following Thursday and I still don’t have my vehicle my truck wasn’t looked at to following week then was told parts would need ordering no communication from service advisor at all . I had to reach out to him . Will not return to this dealership for not even oil change. Discussed with this advisor all type of excuses lost phone out sick etc etc More
Consumer beware, the customer service at this dealership is the VERY WORST and is starts at the top with the GM Ron and the Service manger Tom. Bought a 100K dollar Corvette C8 convertible Z51 w/ 3 LT package. Yesterday went to the service center to ask about RPA (Rear Park Assist) as my vehicle was build in a "window" where the components were no package. Yesterday went to the service center to ask about RPA (Rear Park Assist) as my vehicle was build in a "window" where the components were not available and GM said it would be retrofit by Q4, 2022. We are now in Q1 , 2023 he had no idea what I was talking about and didn't seem to care to research anything. I than asked a second question that I needed a cost to "relearn" the NPP and AFM valves/actuators because I upgraded to a Corsa exhaust and have a check engine light. He had no idea the cost, how long it would take or what a relearn even was. I literally feel sorry for the owner of this dealership and the incompetency of this employee. He had no willingness to research it, get back to me, etc. Couldn't tell me if it would be one hour, two hours just we are 199.00 an hour and we round up. Asked if I wanted to book a schedule...lol Told him I'll take it somewhere scratch that anywhere else. More
Went for oil change and tire rotation. . they stated the would not touch my after market rims because they didn’t want to scratch them. He did say they was a slight wait on OIL CHANGE. Sooo, 4 1/2 hours later my vehicle is ready but they let me sit in the customer lounge and extra 30 minutes because no one let me know vehicle was done. Thanks Jonathan. Oh, and my free first oil change expired “days” ago…. Big business had to get that 76.00 from me, no courtesy… I buy new Chevys every 1 to 2 years, guess where I’m not getting my next one…. More
