Let me start by saying thanks to Dan the service manager at Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill Florida. I have a 2018 3500 Cheverolet when applying the brakes, I would get a bad shake in my steering wheel and t at Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill Florida. I have a 2018 3500 Cheverolet when applying the brakes, I would get a bad shake in my steering wheel and the brake was not the best the problem did not happen all the time, which made it hard to replace or repair Dan communicated and kept me in the loop while he spoke with engineers and others at Chevrolet to gain knowledge about the issue there was repairs made on the brakes and the steering thanks to Dan the service manager and his service team for all the effort they made to correct the problem I am back on the road and very happy with Grieco Cheverolet in Lauderhill Florida they went above and beyond to make things right and correct the problem for their customers. I have to tell you that the tea/coffee station is perfect and modern just a clean look and the bathrooms was the same clean smelled fresh! I brought my truck in for the 90,000 service. They suggested I change the brake and trans fluid. Bill now $1500, I also need a door handle replace (additional $350) they want $452 to replace 6 spark plugs I told them to go jump in the lake. The kicker I have to come back to replace the handle (they have it in stock). I have had all recommended service as instructed. Not ever again. Run from this place. I will never come back here. of course I have to come back to replace the door handle. If I could give a negative number rating I would. More
Horrible techs who can’t fix a car and don’t check over any of their work. Dropped of my Camaro for blue screen backup, extended crank, cold start misfires (I work at another shop my guys scanned it and t any of their work. Dropped of my Camaro for blue screen backup, extended crank, cold start misfires (I work at another shop my guys scanned it and told them there’s a tsb for it). Said they replaced the camera, crank and mil due to carbon. Pickup and still a blue screen after driving 2 miles down the road to work, they didn’t even put my car in reverse after doing the camera. Plan to take it back a couple days later, extended crank becomes a no crank, sits overnight NO JUMP and fires up on 3rd try, so clearly not a battery. They say they fix the camera and that it’s a battery. Tell them I bought the battery from them last year so it’s a parts warranty, they don’t know how to use their system to even lookup history to find my invoice. I had to find my own invoice and give them their invoice number to get it warrantied. I pick it up again, say “it’s going to crank up right”, it does, get in car and dash red saying “trunk open”. Trunk wasn’t closed from tech who did the battery and they drove it through the car wash with a giant message on the dash in bright red showing trunk open. Drive 2 miles down the road to work, let it sit for 30 min…back to no crank no start. Take it back a 3rd time (should’ve just taken it to sawgrass at this point). They now say it has cold start misfires and a tsb for the crank and mil…literally word for word what I told them on visit one! Took it to sawgrass, Grieco left one of the spark plug wires not connected. They literally have no business touching the car that they can’t fix after 3 times. Quite embarrassing and if 0 stars were possible I’d give 0. More
