The impression I can away with was that your sales associate was either very unprepared or just didn’t know the processes very well. There were others who were very nice, but overall it wasn’t the service that drove me to buy this truck it was the truck. I truly believe that your staff has to be some of the rudest and unprepared that I’ve ever dealt with. This isn’t the first time I felt this way. If it wasn’t because you’re so close to me I would never attend your dealership. I cringe every time I have to get my oil changed. The only reason I go is because you offer great prices and it’s convenient. FYI you got lucky because I only went for an oil change and if it was t.
