This dealership is not even worth a single star, but it is the minimum they will accept. I had problems with the recall of my first 2019 Bolt Chevy battery so because I am 87 I can't cope with problems I b is the minimum they will accept. I had problems with the recall of my first 2019 Bolt Chevy battery so because I am 87 I can't cope with problems I bought a new 2022 Bolt which was supposed to not have a battery problem, but it did. After many problems and GM as well as Grieco dragging their feet, they changed the battery, but its power rating fell from 310 miles down to 250 miles. I brought the car to be repaired at Grieco, wasted a whole morning, and in spite of the serviceman assuring me that the first time I would recharge the battery it would climb back up to the maximum capacity of 310. Which was not true. I spoke to the service manager who advise me not to return before 2 weeks (As if the car was going to fix itself) Then I tried to speak to the general manager last week. He did not bother to respond until this day 1 week after the fact. This dealership is completely mismanaged. They refuse to give you a loaner in spite of the fact that they are responsible for the problem. If you buy a car from Brieco expect the worse. They should lose their license to sell cars. The General manager seems not to care as long as he gets his paycheck. NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE THERE!!!!!!! I did not know that at this stage in time, one could still operate in the USA as irresponsibly as Grieco does and seemingly get away with it. I certainly have no intention of ever buying from them again. More
Had a service appointment with Jonathan for an oil change and the service was impeccable. He was very courteous and informative when it came to advising when the car went into the service bay and right when and the service was impeccable. I took umbridge to having to perform maintenance on a used car that I felt should have been done before I purchased it. The service manager promptly contacted me and explained the servicing process. Update: Almost seven months of being in their shop, our truck FINALLY is done! We called 6 hours prior to picking up (we called the night before too) and when we got there, our truck was not ready to go. S truck FINALLY is done! Husband sat there for two hours before the truck was brought to him. Andy told him it would be ready in ten minutes … lies, again. Anyway, did an examination on the truck, right wheel well was missing, truck was FILTHY!!! Dust and dirt everywhere They didn’t clean the inside, outside, our bed of the truck was filled with their coffee cups. Window was scratched. They told us they did an alignment on the truck which was a lie. We took it to another shop, locally, when we got it back. They ran the alignment test and it was completely off still. We have a print off of both tests. You guys, this place is a MESS!! You’d think they’d take some pride and at least return your car vehicle in a clean condition. Since we’ve had a few people reach out to us after posting our first review to tell us their horror story with Grieco collision center (same exact address as Grieco Chevy, and yes, they are connected), I wanted to give an updated review: quick run down- our truck was in an accident on 7/22/22. Yep, six months ago… we made the mistake of towing our vehicle to Grieco for repairs. There was a delay in some parts, which we 100% understood. However, the dates don’t line up. Our truck has been done since December but here we sit, with no truck. Don’t bother calling in, their receptionist won’t pick up or if she does, she’ll forward you to a number that no one works at anymore. (Have multiple recordings of that) They informed us they have an multiple people quite and are short handed, which again, totally understand. As a Registered Nurse, we are drowning daily, too. Difference here is, I make sure to communicate with my patients daily and show professionalism because that’s what they deserve. Point here is, there is a big lack of communication here. It is SIX MONTHS later and our truck is still not done. We have emails, text messages, recordings…. We have been lied to repeatedly. They said they’ll call you and they don’t. Truck has been done for a month, more than a month now, and we are still waiting on a rim. Why this wasn’t take care of earlier, is beyond me. At this point, we have an attorney involved. They refuse to take any ownership in this. I don’t want anyone else to go through this. Horrible experience and never wish this upon anyone! - Sincerely, Katelyn Rosenstein More
I have had my 2019 GMC Denali 2500 serviced here multiple times here. Grieco missed that I had absolutely nothing left on my front brake pads in the last multi-point vehicle inspection (where I specifically times here. Grieco missed that I had absolutely nothing left on my front brake pads in the last multi-point vehicle inspection (where I specifically asked for the brakes to be checked). I contacted Oliver about this, explained it clearly and asked for them to pay for just the cost of the new front rotors (I would cover the cost of front pads and my wasted time for having to take my truck back in again for service). I was told a very clear no. It's one thing to miss a critical safety item like front brakes in a vehicle inspection, but it's a lot worse to then refuse to rectify the situation when given an option to. I would avoid using them for service at all cost. Go somewhere where people care and stand behind their work. More
