I will not be bringing my vehicle to Grieco any longer Initially, My truck came in for a noise complaint, light out on AC Control and a service. The initial service writer who dealt with my vehicle didn't seem to know a lot about vehicles and had a terrible time trying to explain to him what a A/C Control unit is. However I believe he no longer works there judging how there is someone else who occupies his desk. Couldn't duplicate the noise on that visit, performed a bogus LI Document or PTSS procedure that lubed my rear brakes and did nothing for the noise. Since a part had to be ordered for the AC Control unit I figured I would readdress the noise concern. This time I was met with Jonathan Cardoza who is knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very responsive (unlike the initial visit). Provided a loaner car, understanding that my truck is apart of my work and that downtime of my truck or a vehicle is extremely difficult for me to swing. Again, could not duplicate the noise. Went to the dealership to help recreate the noise. Found blood and grease on the center console which raised a lot of concern and had me question the care provided to my vehicle. I brought this to Jonathan's attention to which he offered to re-do the initial service, detail the vehicle and hold the truck till it was repaired. Which was beyond my expectation. After a full work week without my vehicle (but in a loaner) my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I got in the vehicle and drove off. As soon as I drove over the decline leading out to US1 in front of the dealership the noise happened again. I am not going to bring this back to Grieco. That includes servicing too. I put a lot of miles on vehicle (25,000 in under a year of ownership) will keep up with routine maintenance and repair items as needed and I want to make sure that I can rely on the repair facility to provide proper repair. Lastly, tell your detail guys to hold off on using so much of that wax substance they douse the interior in. When parked in the summer south florida sun it melts and collects in the cup holders I had to scrape that gunk out. As far as Jonathan, I think he is a superb service advisor. I am weary about the techs though, between the inability of duplicating a very consistent and loud noise, the blood and grease left in the vehicle I don't see why I should bring this back to you. More

If I could give it a zero I would. Brought my vehicle in for the same issue for the 3rd time in 3 years-very slow coolant leak for a/c. Each time given a different reason for the leak and a different repair for the same issue for the 3rd time in 3 years-very slow coolant leak for a/c. Each time given a different reason for the leak and a different repair. This time-out if warranty-I was told it was a $1200 repair, parts and labor. When I said I was going to get a second opinion I was charged $250 for the diagnostic. I purchased my vehicle here, have brought it there for EVERY service, including oil changes, and $250 to hook my car up to a machine and have a computer spit out some exorbitant part recommendation. And be advised-READ every repair receipt you get and ensure it is documented properly. They also didn’t have accurate reports of my former appointments. So, they got my $250 and they’ll never get another dollar again. More
I took my new purchase there since it is down the street from my home, thinking this will be my Dealership. I tried to get Warranty work done and was surprised that I'm crazy. The problems I stated I wanted to have looked at before I was out of warranty; oldly didn't exist. So the 3 to 4 issues I guess I just made up because they claim they couldn't find anything. I took my truck to only find the issues STILL exist. I don't think I will ever recommend Chevy to anyone I know, because it's a game that's being played to charge me more out of warranty. Well, to start with the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. The sales team is a disaster. I was interested in trading my 2013 Chevy Avalanche in for a 2020 Tahoe - cash. You had one in Delray and offered to bring it down to FLL. They said it would take 45 mins. Great, no problem. After two and a half hours I asked what the status was on the Tahoe. All I received was a blank stare followed by “What Tahoe?” I left. I called back still interested in the Tahoe and was once again told that they could get it in two days. I called back in 2 days. Once again Nono recognition of what I was talking about. I repeated my request. I was assured they’d have it in two days. I waited 4 days called again and got the exact same response of the last two requests. The best part followed . After totally giving up I get a call three WEEKS later to tell me that they were sorry but it was sold two DAYS ago! In short everyone on the sales staff needs more than a workshop- they need to be replaced including the sales manager. You need a good administrator to clean house and start with sales 101. As to you service group they used to be good 4-5 years ago. Not any more! I’ve more stories about them but why bother . More
