The Service Dept at Grieco Chevrolet is very poor in terms of appointments and service. We called to make an appt for a recall fix and showed up early and found they were going to close in 2 hours. When we spoke with them they said that day they were doing only oil changes and were closing soon. We told them the appt was for a recall and were told we would have to come back and leave the car for 3 days and that was the way it was. They wasted our time and then gave a phony excuse we had to leave the car another time for 3 days. I said what do we do for 3 days without a car and the response was - your issue. We went to another Chevy Dealer the following week and made an appt. and dropped the car off in 5 minutes and 3 hours later were called the work was done and no charge. That was real Customer service, where Grieco just xx'd us and left us hanging. The Service rep we talked to just didn't care and made up a story to have us leave. DO NOT Use this Service Dept. a waste of time. True story. More
We went to the dealer bc we had a low tire, the tire had been checked at a garage and was just fine, we bought the car a year ago, and they said that tire has a hole and it can’t be repaired. They charged us $400 in total and we we picked up the car, they didn’t give us back the bad tire. We are upset with their services and solution. More
I recently brought my car to Greico Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale for repair, and unfortunately, my experience with their service department was extremely disappointing. From the onset, it was evident tha Lauderdale for repair, and unfortunately, my experience with their service department was extremely disappointing. From the onset, it was evident that there were significant issues with communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. First and foremost, the lack of responsiveness from the service department was unacceptable. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone calls and text messages, I received little to no communication regarding the status of my vehicle. This lack of follow-up not only caused frustration but also left me feeling neglected and uninformed. Furthermore, the disorganization within the service department was apparent. It seemed as though there was a lack of coordination among staff members, leading to delays and confusion regarding the repair process. Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the dealership felt unprofessional, leaving much to be desired in terms of customer service. In particular, I believe that the manager, Camilo Ocampo, and the entire service team could greatly benefit from intensive training on effective communication and customer service practices. Improving these essential skills would undoubtedly enhance the overall customer experience and mitigate the issues I encountered. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Greico Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale to anyone, whether it be for purchasing a vehicle or seeking service. The disorganization, unprofessionalism, and unreliability exhibited by the dealership's service department are simply unacceptable. I urge prospective customers to consider alternative options for their automotive needs. More
