It’s the only Chevrolet service center in my area. I recently purchased 2020 Corvette convertible and had to take in for engine light two days after delivery. I was coming out of a Mercedes convertible recently purchased 2020 Corvette convertible and had to take in for engine light two days after delivery. I was coming out of a Mercedes convertible where the service department always gave me a loaner and a car wash with my service. I received neither. Maybe this is Chevrolets policy, I don’t know. However, given the price of this car I would’ve expected at least a car wash before it was returned. More
Horrible. No communication whatsoever. They removed aftermarket parts without asking which didn’t fix issue. Took it to Ed Morse and they promptly repaired correctly. Made an appointment for 0800. I forgot to tell them the lock key was in the center console for my lug nuts. I called 5 minutes after I left and told the service lady where it was she said she would pass i lock key was in the center console for my lug nuts. I called 5 minutes after I left and told the service lady where it was she said she would pass it on to Jonathan, at 10:30am I got a call saying they looked through my whole truck and couldn't find the key for the locking lug nuts I asked if the lady told them where it was the service guy said no, I said well thats a problem as I put it in the center this morning when I loaded up the tires. Said they would look again and call me back. Never called me back to let me know they found it around 12:47pm they called to say it was ready. If I had know it would take over 4 hours to install two tires so I could leave for a road trip to Atlanta i would have gone somewheres else. No courtesy wash, no vacuum, no fluid checks done. Washer fluid was empty truck was a half quarte low on oil. Over all disappointed with my first time bringing my truck to them 2 months after buying a new truck from them for around $25.000 dollars. No apologies for anything and no empathy or acknowledgement of their screw up. As a 10 year 12 tours of combat veteran in Iraq and Afghanistan taking responsibility for your mistakes is huge to me when I decide where I spend my money. Not very impressed to say the least. Wasn't really Jonathans fault that the lady who answers the phones didn't tell him that I called and told her where the key was for the lock nuts. I don't understand either how they text me about my appointment 2 days earlier that I had made then claimed they didn't have my phone number to call me. Not to mention my phone number is on the side of my truck from my business sign on both front doors. Attention to detail kept me alive across 12 tours of combat. Clearly not the case here. Not likely that i will be bringing my trucks back here again after this. The girl who answers the phone in the service department could maybe learn some friendliness she is very dry and seems rude on the phone. More
