I took off work to have my transmission checked 1 week appointment in advance. I got there & service rep told me your transmission guy was booked & had 18 cars in front of me. So I only got my oil chgd & appointment in advance. I got there & service rep told me your transmission guy was booked & had 18 cars in front of me. So I only got my oil chgd & rotate tires, to make use of my day there. I don’t have other days to take off to come back. U guys wasted my time. I’m going elsewhere. More
