I took my car in for a routine oil change, air filter replacement and tire rotation, something I have done regularly. After picking up my car there was immediately an issue, the car was stumbling to move replacement and tire rotation, something I have done regularly. After picking up my car there was immediately an issue, the car was stumbling to move and not acting in the same manner in which I took it. I called the dealership to advise them that my car was not acting correctly and was told to bring it back first thing Monday morning so that it could be looked at quickly. After getting to the dealership Monday morning I sat there for 35 minutes before anyone checked in ym car. After my car was taken back to get looked at for what I was told was a fairly s"simple" fix, I again sat there for over an hour. When my car was finally "finished" I started to leave the dealership and surprise, my car was still having the same problem. I turned around and went back. Then the service advisor advised me that the car had not been driven after being looked at again and the "Air pockets" were still inside the engine. He test drove the car and all seemed to be good. However, my disappointment comes form having to take two days out of my time to have a routine service done correctly. For having to sit there for 2 hours each time for something to be done correctly, when in all honesty it should have been done correctly in the first place. I have never had an issue with this dealership, but after the level of service that I received I will not be taking my car back and when my lease is up I will not be getting another Chevrolet. More
