Brought my truck in for service. Long story short - they didn't check the service history at all and ended up doing services that had already been done. What's even worse - is they also wanted me to do $3k didn't check the service history at all and ended up doing services that had already been done. What's even worse - is they also wanted me to do $3k in suspension work, until I realized the recommendations sounded very familiar. After I checked the service history again (myself) they found that all of these repairs had already been done - and were still under warranty (both parts and labor). Suddenly, when they realized I wasn't going to have to pay for any of this work - miraculously - the only work that needed to be done was tightening up some bolts. Unbelievable, do not trust these people and go somewhere else. More
Have a terrible telephone system. Called service manager and was not answered so I left a message around 3 PM expecting a call back..... never returned. Unable to talked to anyone I called the main operator telling them I could not get to speak to the service advisoran and before getting the first syllable of his name I was transferred to an unanswered phone....... TWICE. I had to actually get a ride to the dealership to speak to someone .... I think I disrupted her texting and also the manager behind the receptionist desk playing video game on his computer. This was the second time I have been to Grieco for service. Ruben helped me both times. He was helpful and courteous. He took my vehicle as soon as I got there and I was done in 2 hours. My situation is as follows. I had two new tires put on the front of my van, the service writer “Michael“ must’ve written it up incorrectly and the installer obviously didn’t catch it either but they put p the front of my van, the service writer “Michael“ must’ve written it up incorrectly and the installer obviously didn’t catch it either but they put passenger tires on the front of my work van rather than the LT light truck tires that should’ve been on there. That in itself is dangerous, when I realized it about 30 days later, only because someone brought it to my attention. I went back to the dealership where we set up an appointment to change my tires to the correct ones, I went back a few days later her to have the tires put on and when I did they put the new tires on the rims they never balanced them they never check the air pressure and whoever did the insulation also broke one of the sensors that tells you the tire pressure. Of course the service writer “Michael“ brings my van back up to me with the message about the tire pressure and gives it back to me as if all is well. When I asked for them to activate the pressure sensors he got somebody that supposedly tried to do so and therefore determined that the sensor was broken. At that point I questioned whether the tire pressure was correct and Michael gave me a sort of an attitude referencing that of course they’re done correctly. As I drove away and finally made it out of the traffic area and was able to get my vehicle up to about 35 40 mph it literally felt like my front wheels were going to fall off. I then brought my truck to a tire shop and had them balance the tires which calculated out at A 5.50 and a 4.75 keeping in mind that they’re supposed to level out at no more than a .025 and my tire pressures were both way off proving to me in fact that the technician just put the tires on the rims never tried to balance them never check the tire pressure put them on the van and sent me on my way. Unfortunately this is not my only bad experience with that location and will definitely not be going back there More

Michael Sherota is the best. The last time l brought my corvette he got me Lyft to take me home rather than waiting. I was amazed. Service was excellent too.
