Service could have been way better. 2 months my vehicle stayed in the shop awaiting parts for a 2019 I bought a month before. I could not get answers on when the parts will arrive so I contact GM customer stayed in the shop awaiting parts for a 2019 I bought a month before. I could not get answers on when the parts will arrive so I contact GM customer care to make things happen. I'm return I was offered a few compensation from GM for having to wait so long, which started from 4 compensation down to 1. Each time GM called me what the offered me changed each time. All I can do is shake my head. Far as at the dealership, initially I wrote down every issue I was having with this vehicle which only had 12,000 miles on it. The first service guy wrote down and lied to me about the things that was done. I found out because the issue he claimed was addressed wasn't because the issue was still present. How do one do a repair and not check to see if it's corrected 🤔. It surprised me that GM would treat a customer like that. To be honest I plan on taking my vehicle to Ford for service because I'm treated better there from when I had my Ford. More

I have been taking my truck here for service for a long time. On my recent visit, which was for a front and rear brake job - customer pay service. The service team did not use GM factory parts, but instead time. On my recent visit, which was for a front and rear brake job - customer pay service. The service team did not use GM factory parts, but instead put Oreilly auto house brand rear rotors on my truck, without telling me. To add insult to injury, not only did they do this, but they charged me 179 a rotor for a 60 dollar retail part, more than factory. Disgusting. I expect when I go to a dealer, to get factory parts unless otherwise requested. To both deceive and rip me off at the same time is a whole different level. While, they have since put the factory rotors on, they have not credited me for the overcharged parts and I am wasting my time in trying to get it corrected. Not something that should be done at a dealership. Instead of helping and offering a service, deceive and rip people off. More
