I dropped my vehicle off on a Thursday afternoon, late in the day, and expected break work to be done on Friday. Monday morning I received a call with an estimate when I already had told them do what is need the day, and expected break work to be done on Friday. Monday morning I received a call with an estimate when I already had told them do what is needed. Once I got my truck back on Tuesday I found out they did not rotate the tires like I requested when dropped off on Thursday afternoon. I had to return Tuesday morning after picking up my vehicle to have my tires rotated. Downtime for the company vehicle that I dropped off was 2 & 1/2 days for brakes not including the weekend. The cashier also overcharged me and had to issue me a credit back to my company charge card. Being an ex ASE certified technician for 16 years I considered the service unacceptable. More
