Customer service was good. Free Lyft to and from home was a nice touch. I had the appointment time wrong, and they accommodated me anyway. That was awesome. Good service, just took longer than expected. Oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t take more than 1 hour max, especially when I have a appointment scheduled.
