Sales department was great. It’s what was after the sale that was horrible. I bought a “new” car but they only had one key. Was told to come in on Monday to get the 2nd key, floor mats and a detail. Showed up Monday only to be told no one made an appointment for me, so the detail would be 4-5 hours and I needed wait that long or to leave the car. I had to work so I couldn’t go without my car or even wait 4-5 hours so I asked to make an appointment. I went into the sales department to find the salesman but he was off that day. Another very nice man took his time to get EVERYTHING set up. The mats were ordered. I did have to go back in for those later but at least they were now ordered. They guy who made the appt made it for Friday morning. I left my car Friday morning and got the detailing done alone with my window tinting. When I picked up the car Saturday the 2nd key still wasn’t done. I was told that the Key Guy was only in on Wednesday mornings and I would have to go in AGAIN. I went in Wednesday at 10:30 AM and was told the Key Guy is only in WEDNESDAY AT 9 AM!! Was also told it would be only a 15min process. So AGAIN I had to come back. Showed up WEDNESDAY at 8:54 AM and the Key Guy wasn’t there!! After 30 mins I asked the service guy what was going on and he couldn’t give me anything other than he’s not here yet. I don’t know what kind of games this dealer ship likes to play but it’s a joke. Once they get their money your time and money no longer matters. I left at 10:40 with my key finally. 1 hour and 40 mins for a “15 min” service. More

Telephone personnel and cashier were very courteous. Waiting room was clean. Vehicle was delivered as promised. Will certainly recommend dealership to family and friends. I'm still waiting for my truck and is the 3er time with the same issue. The service people is nice however is not acceptable back 3 times for the same issue in less than 30 days the same issue. Jonathan Cardozo one of the service advisors was one of the rudest, most unprofessional employees I dealt with. When explaining my issues he laughed and told me to do it myself. I purchased my vehicle here and purchased a maintenance package through Zurich at the time of my vehicle purchase. The Zurich maintenance package is well worth the price. Unfortunately, you have to have th package through Zurich at the time of my vehicle purchase. The Zurich maintenance package is well worth the price. Unfortunately, you have to have the maintenance done at this dealer, not warranty but maintenance like oil changes and such. They have a huge service garage/body shop but either it’s primarily a body shop or the service department is Severely under staffed. It will take at least 3 hours for an oil change. I recently purchased dash cams for my vehicle through the GM app and they clearly have not installed them before. For the dash cams warranty to be effective it has to be installed at the dealer. This took 10 hours to complete and the cameras were not positioned correctly. On top of that, they did not give me the owners manual which included the wifi password for the cameras. I called the service advisor multiple times for 4 days after installation and never received a call back. Thankfully because of my research on the cameras, I was able to contact the manufacturer and get the password. I definitely recommend buying your vehicle here but you may want to buy a service package through a third party. I have not needed to use my warranty or extended warranty that I purchased, but those items are supposedly able to be done at any GM/Chevy dealership. More
Wanted full oil change, new Matt’s and new wipers, plus a replacement key for the truck. Instead, told they were short staffed, got the basic oil change, no matts and no wipers.
