They didn’t communicate well. I had to call them to find out what was going on with my truck. They didn’t have any loaner vehicles. I asked about payment plan and was told there wasn’t one, then I read that out what was going on with my truck. They didn’t have any loaner vehicles. Outlandish hourly rate for service. They charge as if they are doctors working on your vehicle. Then when you question them on it, they will reduce the price.
