Excellent service! Omar Williams was extremely helpful and took care of us when we were in a touch situation. We were not from the area and our daughter had to have a heart procedure at Joe Dimagio hosp and took care of us when we were in a touch situation. We had it towed to Greico and Omar get us in quickly due to our situation so we could get our car back in a day. More

They didn’t communicate well. I had to call them to find out what was going on with my truck. They didn’t have any loaner vehicles. I asked about payment plan and was told there wasn’t one, then I read that out what was going on with my truck. They didn’t have any loaner vehicles. Took 2 1/2 hours for oil change & car wash with an appointment on a weekday. No remote control in waiting room to change tv, even after requested. No cords in phone charging stations.
