I had been to that dealership since it was Gary Fronrath Chevrolet then Maroone (both providing Excellent service and excellent knowledgeable and courteous employees from sales to service)… then it became A Chevrolet then Maroone (both providing Excellent service and excellent knowledgeable and courteous employees from sales to service)… then it became AutoNation (which kept the employees and same great level of service). I’ve been a client on that location for many years and five corvettes. Then it became Grieco. I stopped by to inquire about new tires and asked for the Nitrofill, which I was informed that Grieco got rid of it and was not available anymore. I wondered why businesses get worse instead of better. Then, the person I spoke with was not very pleasant at all and gave me an estimate eight hundred dollars higher than any place I had inquired before. I did tell the person helping me (not really helping at all) that price was almost double of market price and he said “we have cheaper tires”. That’s when I said thank you and walked away to a tire shop and got the tires I wanted. Because of the convenience of Grieco’s location I went back a year later to inquire about fixing a dent that broke the fiber/compound on the right back fender. I was mistreated by two servicemen when I disagreed with something they said. Again, I walked away and had my car fixed at AutoNation. Then three days ago, I went back (against my desire to never go back to Grieco) for an emergency situation because the motor latch for the convertible roof compartment broke and I couldn’t put the roof up. So you know, I had it fixed before by your corvette mechanic John a few years ago and I knew exactly what the problem was Then I was told that to have an estimate, I’d have to pay $175.00 if I didn’t agree to have it fixed with Grieco. I argued that I know exactly what the problem is. Then I was told that it is the same for everyone and I’d have to pay. Then I asked for an estimate to replace the motor latch only… and I was told that wouldn’t be possible and that I’d have to pay according to your policy. That’s when I walked away, drove to another dealership and had the motor latch replaced the very next day. Conclusion: Grieco’s policy goes against my policy. My opinion is that your dealership is made of policies that are good for you only… that the service (as I have known before) has deteriorated tremendously… the level of employees have equally deteriorated (very probably because you don’t pay them as well or maybe because your management is just not very competent. I honestly don’t care to ever go back to Grieco for anything. It is an environment of unhappy unprofessional employees and greedy management. And all of my disappointment and dissatisfaction with your company can only come from a management that cannot do better. I bet no management people ever called the dealership as clients do, to experience the so very poor phone system you have. Grieco has nothing to offer that is appealing to customer satisfaction, even less customer loyalty. I’m going to miss John, though. It seems he’s the only one you kept as I know you couldn’t find another. The ones you didn’t keep… you still can’t find same level substitutes. More

Cashier sent me to the wrong service agent with the wrong paperwork. The guy did help me using my phone number, but had trouble finding my key. Told the person who for my car, that I had dropped the car off night before and requested a buy offer on the car as I don't use it hardly ever. They had no clue, and no offer ready. He looked at the car and couldn't even get the mileage. He couldn't figure it out. He went to get the appraiser person and came back telling me I had to go in and see the big boss Feliciano. Told the boss I didn't have time and thus had requested in advance an offer. He said since I didn't had time I should go. Didn't offer an apology nor offer an appt to come back etc. No customer service skills what so ever!!! Kinda rude in reality. I'll never go back there again More
