My experience with Service Advisor Shadi-Omar Williams, his lack of communication and actual work ethic. He is in the WRONG line of work. Reported to FL Ag Dept and more to follow. Had me replace (at least until I have it checked) fuel pump to get the car running and $1300 and a month later back for the same reason. Verbal diagnostic after 3 weeks and 2nd time he calls me on a Sat for to say it seems like electrical then Thu you need a new $300 battery even though it was working prior. I had to tow my vehicle out, so I didnt rain the fire of God on this guy. Hes a weasel sales guy probably paid on commission, never provided itemized paperwork and told me loaners & rental assistance are for “paying customers”. As if I didnt just pay you a used car down payment. Should not be in a position to represent a car brand/dealership name!! To top it off, I was getting unsolicited sales/trade in calls, never even stopped into the showroom. More
