My experience with Service Advisor Shadi-Omar Williams, his lack of communication and actual work ethic. He is in the WRONG line of work. Reported to FL Ag Dept and more to follow. I had to tow my vehicle out, so I didnt rain the fire of God on this guy. Hes a weasel sales guy probably paid on commission, never provided itemized paperwork and told me loaners & rental assistance are for “paying customers”. As if I didnt just pay you a used car down payment. Should not be in a position to represent a car brand/dealership name!! To top it off, I was getting unsolicited sales/trade in calls, never even stopped into the showroom. More
