From my experience you only do what’s necessary to get the customers money. I had extended warranty which was not used, you have phones yet no one answers them, I was told one thing in person then someth the customers money. Very horrible quality work ,I’m taking my car back for the third time to fix oil leaks , my service advisor was great (Ruben) on the other hand the mechanic was very rude, I’m a traveling worker so a car the third time to fix oil leaks , my service advisor was great (Ruben) on the other hand the mechanic was very rude, I’m a traveling worker so a car is very much needed ,yes they did put me in a rental twice how every I’m coming out of pocket for the deposit/damage coverage .and let’s please realize this extra money that I’m spending is because of the fact my car is not being fixed correctly.
