Standard experience. The dealership is doing a good job. This is the only dealership around broward county taking appointments with reasonable time. Other dealership are 2-3 weeks out. Took car to dealership after calling GM about buy back program for my 2020 Chevy Bolt EV. Was instructed to take it to the dealership for inspection. Service writer had no idea of what to do. I made an appointment at 7 am. I arrived and mike assured me. He was extremely rude telling he had no one to help me until. 830. No one called me all day. I requested a loaner and Mike was so rude saying well I have no cars I asked why would I do he said that’s none of my business I proceeded to go to speak to the general manager who called MIKE and told him that’s not how you treat customers and to please get me to get me a rental after I went back to Mike who gave me a piece of paper and send me on my way I was extremely disappointed with the service provided I had purchased two cars in less than 30 days from your car dealer and that’s another way to treat customers both MIKE and the receptionist named Gabby have no customer service skills and they should either be trained or reprimanded I will not be bringing my car for any more services at your facility although I pay for the service maintenance guaranteed! More
